TNC primary duties are to:
Povide all TNC staff with breaks based on a schedule
Direct Uber and Lyft Drivers to the designated waiting area
Wear reflective safety vests before starting TNC job
.• TNC Controllers MUST be stationed in the safe areas assigned by supervisors, away from the flow of traffic.
Be polite yet assertive when dealing with drivers to ensure the parking exit paths are clear for non-TNC vehicles.
Direct Traffic in the TNC reserved areas at each of the Airport Terminals that TNC vehicles are allowed to pick-up their customers.
Make sure that TNC vehicles pull up to the front open space in order to keep the traffic at a continuous flow
.• Engage in short conversations with both the TNC drivers and customers on where to park and pick-up customers.
Provide information regarding the traffic and pick up areas to the passengers/TNC Drivers if needed.
Refrain from assisting passengers with luggage or any personal belongings. Our primary objective is to direct traffic in the TNC areas.
TNC controllers are PROHIBITED from wearing any earpieces or headsets that may impair their hearing while traffic directing.
In case of a large traffic build up in the TNC Area, immediately inform the supervisor to provide assistance.• In Case of an outraged customer or driver, DO NOT confront them. Instead, reach out to the Sheriffs for assistance. If there are no Sheriffs present, write down the License Plate of the vehicle for reporting. • Do Not sit down when performing your duty(s) at TNC dedicated areas.• Do not place your chairs near the garage wall where children can climb.
Ability to frequently sit for an extended period of time.• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and otherwise move objects of at least 25 pounds in weight.• Ability to work in elements-heat, wind, snow, rain, etc

Technical Application Engineer-Circuit Breaker
Provide post sales technical field engineering and training support to electric utilities and Doble customers. This role provides technical expertise on Doble products, analysis of test results, training and consultation on power apparatus. The Technical Application Engineer will support market research and product development input to Solutions Managers. Engineers will have the opportunity to publish technical articles and participate in various technical conferences sponsored by Doble and other industry organizations.
Essential Job Functions
An in-depth understanding of diagnostic test techniques for high-voltage substation apparatus including: circuit breakers, transformers, PT's, CT's, etc.
Proficiency in Doble equipment including test equipment for transformer and circuit breaker apparatus.
Provide technical and training support on operation of Doble products
Provide engineering support and written reports on the interpretation of data measured by Doble products
Provide training to clients Doble data interpretation from Doble products
Provide support to internal stakeholders as part of the product development process to include testing of Doble software and hardware
Review submitted test data sheets and provide written reports on abnormal conditions as required by sales support, technical support, and training support
Assist in providing technical expertise for research and development projects
Participate in conferences/trade shows and other company sponsored events including committee meetings, general sessions, user group meetings and meeting with clients
Write technical papers, application notes, guides on topics related to Doble products and services.
Act as a "Doble representative" and advocate for Doble and Doble's customers
Provides Voice of the Customer feedback to engineering, solutions, and management team
Collaborate with other departments (primarily Engineering, Client Service Engineering and Marketing) and all individuals to facilitate positive working relationships with all internal and external Doble stakeholders
Report existing issues via established software bug-logging system and more comprehensive Doble-wide system
Provide on-site support and services; provide remote support via email, telephone and web-based solutions

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
MS Engineering (or equivalent) (++) (preferred)
PE License in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) (+++)
5+ years of experience in the electrical power industry centered around diagnostic testing techniques and instrumentation for high voltage power apparatus.
B.S. Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent experience in the field of electric power engineering.
Must be fluent English
Must enjoy teaching and relating ideas or concepts to individuals with varied levels of experience.
Must have the ability to express ideas clearly in both written, oral and developing new media communications.
Must have the ability to listen carefully.
Must have excellent time management skills, in order to work from a remote environment.
Must have a professional demeanor at all times both with all stakeholders both internal and external to Doble.
Must have a strong balance of product and service orientation.
Must demonstrate superior skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Must have a valid passport and be able to obtain a valid Visa to any country required for Doble field work.
Domestic and international travel required (50%); this level can vary throughout the year due to customer demand.

SCOPE OF POSITION
The purpose of the Operator Breaker is to operate both plants in a safe, lawful and efficient manner. This includes but is not limited to shutdown, startup, process control, acid transfers. The operator will perform maintenance and reliability duties as scheduled. The incumbent is required to work rotating shift schedules.

Responsible for continued maintenance of all breaking equipment for production.

Conduct various regular and special electrical tests on all types of circuit breakers, switchgear and associated components.
Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis, to confirm the integrity of product operations, identifying root cause for discrepancies and performance failures.
Make necessary connections; operate breakers and use low and high voltage equipment to test resistance, heat and dielectric factors, load, timing, and similar performance characteristics.
Will also be required to utilize personal computer and/or computerized technology such as in testing product and/or related recordkeeping.
Verify completeness, location and proper functioning of all instruments, meters and other components.
Check equipment and interpret proper electrical-mechanical clearances.
Conduct special tests under direction of engineering personnel.
Conduct final tests on regular line breakers and test special or rarely encountered breakers following established practices.
Make necessary calculations.
Read and interpret complex drawings, schematic diagrams, specification sheets, performance charts, test standards and other procedures.
Check function of controls, relays, indicators, and other electrical features and make adjustments as necessary.
Check and adjust calibration.
Reject defective breakers; prepare test reports and keep required records.
Troubleshoot circuit breakers, and other related components to the sub-assembly and/or root-cause level.
Work with and instruct testers and other assembly personnel to insure that preliminary and routine tests are carried out correctly; verify changes and explain new procedures.
Use tools and testing equipment including Megger, digital multimeter, Hi-Pot tester, Oil Dielectric strength tester, multiamps relay tester, primary & secondary injection set, cable fault detector, & oscilloscope.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Knowledge, Education and Experience:
1.Under general guidance of supervisor, perform a variety of complex operations to test the electrical and mechanical characteristics of circuit breakers and switchgear, and all related parts and assemblies.
2.Experience reading and interpreting schematics and wiring diagrams.

Assist with technical and specialized work of a skilled nature in connection with electrical and control systems; analysis, detection and repair of single loop control systems , electronic devices, communication systems, and instruments such as meters, gauges and regulators; assist others in making tests, surveys and layout work and the development of reports documenting results.
1.1. Assist in locating and repairing defects in control systems involving electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic components, using elementary, wiring, schematic, logic or control diagrams.
2.2. Assist in the install, remove, inspect, adjust, repair and calibrate instrumentation not associated with active trips such as: pressure, temperature, flow, gas analyzing, transmitting, receiving, recording, chemical testing devices and other equipment as assigned. 6.6. Make required equipment checks and inspections. Record data, assist in performing tests and prepare reports, graphs, sketches and curves. Compile and record data relating to projects, tests, investigations. Insure all work is performed in accordance with all standards and specifications.

Electrical Designer at our office in Annapolis Junction, MD. This is a Power and Cooling Service Provider program for a mission critical customer responsible for the renovation and modernization of new and existing utility infrastructure and buildings. The selected candidate will be responsible for working with field technicians and electricians in order to assign survey tasks and incorporate survey feedback into an electrical power system model. The Electrical Designer is responsible for initiating and developing engineering drawings in conformance with the requirements, applicable codes, and design criteria established by the project's discipline engineers. The candidate will work under the direction of the Design Supervisor or Lead Designer. The candidate will be performing engineering calculations, and analysis, while maintaining complex data. He/she will be responsible for modeling and simulating the electrical infrastructure using the ETAP software, and for maintaining an engineering technical library and informational repositories. In many instances, the candidate will be asked to conduct and analyze load flow, short-circuit, protective device coordination and arc-flash studies. He/she will work with customers to gather and analyze critical information and review engineering plans.
