The Offensive Security group provides an independent perspective and evaluation of vulnerabilities to facilitate the organization in making informed decisions about the risks they are facing. This penetration testing position (pen tester 4) is key to the ongoing testing of the holistic defenses of the organization. Responsible for the evaluation, prioritization, coordination, and fulfillment of customer driven penetration testing services
Lead and participate in "Red Team"/Security driven testing to identify vulnerabilities within the organization
Generate and deliver actionable reports so that business leaders can make informed decisions
Effectively communicate over all mediums to both technical and non-technical audiences
Review and validate externally reported vulnerabilities
Develop discrete test cases to facilitate ongoing measurement and implementation of security controls
Evaluate tools, technologies, and processes for alignment to business objectives
