- Proven experience and Expert Ability to conduct the following activities as it relates to opening a new/first retail store
- Understand, analyze, and recommend customer store requirements in the area of point of purchase (including tablets), CRM, Clienteling, inventory management
- compare and contrast options for total cloud based store operations compared to traditional back office
- Understand legacy/current ERP and required endpoints for managing the store (order management, allocations, replenishment, cycle counts, etc)
- Store infrastructure options and setup
- Once above understood ability to advise on future state solution architect at all levels (conceptual, logical, physical)
- Create technology roadmap and implementation plan according to business needs and priorities with all technical dependencies
- Involved in every aspect of lifecycle (from requirements to deployment assisting in design and triage of defects).
- Exercises solution design leadership on initiatives, driving alignment to target architecture and design standards.
- Identifies applications and platforms impacted by the solution, the need for new platforms, and drives platform selection.
- Facilitates large groups of diverse stakeholders to consensus on target solution.
- Provides guidance and oversight, ensures the viability of proposed solutions, and provides direction on the appropriate approach to the solution throughout the project, and ensures appropriate and complete unit/system/load testing and code review.
- Conducts Proof of Concept for feasibility studies.
- Oversees and facilitates the evaluation and selection of hardware and software technology, as well as the design of standard configurations for a particular project.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education
- 5 + years experience in advising retail solution architecture to fortune 500 sized companies
- Experience architecting complex, multi-system solutions
- Experience developing architecture principles and standards

Brick Layer/Cinderblock & Tile Mason
Education: High School Diploma / GED preferred
Must have all necessary tools: level, trowel, mason hammer, safety glasses, hardhat, rule, steel toe work shoes (leather) and tubal scaffold. Standard Class C driver's license is required to drive company vehicle to various work sites. Duties: Lay and bind building materials, such as brick, structural tile, concrete block, cinder block, glass block, and terra-cotta block, with mortar and other substances to construct or repair walls, partitions, arches, sewers, and other structure Other duties as assigned by Management
General Laborer /Mason Tender
The job will include unloading materials, building scaffolding, mixing mortar, construction site cleanup, operating rough terrain forklift and skid loader and other tasks related to masonry construction. The applicant must be able to lift up to 100 pounds, must be able to work outdoors in all weather including summer heat and winter cold.
It is preferable if the applicant has some construction experience but training is available. The job pays $15.00 to $23.00 plus full family healthcare and a pension plan. Assignments can be anywhere in Eastern Iowa and currently the need is in Waterloo.
High Pressure Plant Tender (Provisional)
Under direct supervision, tends oil, gas or coal fired high-pressure boilers, incinerator furnaces and related equipment, and assists in the maintenance and repair of this equipment; performs related work.
In the Department of Sanitation, under supervision, operates, repairs, alters and maintains boilers, furnaces, pollution control equipment, and other related equipment and appurtenances; performs related work.
Hand fires high-pressure boilers using solid fuels, and stoker equipment and incinerator furnaces using burnable refuse.
Tends and operates stoker equipment, oil-fired-pressure boilers and incinerator furnaces and related equipment.
Assists in the cleaning, inspecting, testing, maintenance and repair of high-pressure boilers, incinerators, auxiliaries and relative equipment.
May operate a motor vehicle.

May be responsible for maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies
May assist with local automobile deliveries
