We currently have an opening for a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) who will oversee the day to day management of the Global CRM product portfolio. You are responsible for the end to end product including new investment projects as well as ongoing annual maintenance. In collaboration with the Engagement Leader and Project Manager, you will define the project scope, goals and deliverables that support defined client needs. You are responsible to coach, mentor, motivate and supervise junior Technical Delivery Managers and staff, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Work you'll do:
Lead all aspects of Salesforce global delivery for the Global CRM Product Line (e.g. Sales enablement)
Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors on the Global CRM program
Oversee the internal global CRM Salesforce delivery. Responsibilities include, among others, overseeing delivery managers who are responsible for business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
Develop and maintain contact with Global CRM decision makers within the Deloitte firm for continue to evolve the Global CRM roadmap; organize and lead internal pursuits on Salesforce; participate and lead aspects of the business case development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices
Work with Project Manager to develop full-scale project plans and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Manage and oversee day to day activities of team and ensure adherence to enterprise standards in project execution methodology, requirements gathering, quality assurance and continuous improvement
Manage vendor relationships and interactions with Salesforce and other vendors on the Salesforce platform

In the GTS Clients & Industries studio, we make an impact by enabling the Global Crown Jewel client community and the broader Deloitte client service community through global technology implementations such as Global CRM. Our contributions lead to driving greater productivity and seamless global operations by globalizing systems on the Salesforce platform.
Studio delivery technology delivery leadership with roadmap and stakeholder expectations
Senior leadership across businesses and enabling areas to define product roadmaps and gain stakeholder alignment and agreement
Cross – GTS teams to align on usage of the tools and product roadmaps on the global Salesforce platforms
Salesforce vendor to influence future product direction – both at Salesforce and internally – establish PoC and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs
Deloitte network while supporting and enabling the global Salesforce COE strategy, and consulting internal stakeholders on Salesforce direction and needs, subscription licensing guidance, functional direction, and supporting the Salesforce pipeline

Minimal travel (10%); and when we travel, it's usually to cool places
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or equivalent professional experience or qualifications
5+ years CRM experience a must
12 – 15 years of experience in technical project execution/leadership and/or technology consulting on large enterprise projects (Salesforce experience preferred)
10+ years of large scale technology (CRM Salesforce preferred) implementation experience
Full life-cycle Salesforce implementation with strong expertise in 2 of the following modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Force.com; additional experience with Salesforce App Exchange packages a plus
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other).
Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical).
Education and experience:
- BA, BS in Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent).
MS in Information Technology
Prior experiences in same-level companies, e.g. "Big 4"
