DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up and operate Automatic Punch Press equipment
Identify process, material and equipment problems.
Final audit, inspection packing
Move parts by hand using a hand truck.
Complete daily production paper work including move tickets, quality log sheets and safety checks.
May operate power truck to push, pull, lift or move products, or materials.
Follows the Quality Management System requirements as outlined in the process notes on the press card, the applicable QMS procedures and work instructions; and suggests ways for continual improvement.
Promptly reports quality problems and shuts down the equipment if unable to resolve.
Maintains a clean and orderly work area.

Being an FFS Operator means…
You will be working in a plant that has some of the most advanced manufacturing technology;
Your shift will be from 7am to 3:30pm, Mon – Fri, with the possibility of varying hours and overtime;
You will operate an automated production line to include correction adjustments, change overs, QA, and minor maintenance;
You will operate a forklift and perform other duties to include tote production;
Being an active participant with keeping the facility organized and clean;
Working safely everyday along with keeping the safety of others at the forefront.

Class A Tractor Trailer Long Haul Driver HOME DAILY. Must be able to drive a manual 10-speed transmission.
Responsible for servicing assigned LQ (Large Quantity) and SQ (Small Quantity) accounts, ensuring that customers' needs are met on a continual basis for various waste pickup and supply delivery. Provides the highest level of customer service possible at all times. May also transport waste from either a Stericycle location or customer location, to a transfer location or processing location. Manages assigned routes ensuring customers' waste is picked up in a timely and accurate manner.
Pick up and transport waste safely according to all federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
Plans daily schedule based on customers' needs by reviewing daily paperwork, e.g., manifest, route sheets, previous VCR, etc. provided by the Transportation Manager/Supervisor or Dispatcher.
May prepare and load trucks to service select accounts for the day ensuring enough supplies are added.
Pick up specified waste from each customer site scheduled for the day. Ensures that customers have packaged and prepared the waste according to all federal, state, and local rules and regulations before transporting.
Provide the highest level of customer service to assigned accounts on a daily basis, communicating any issues to Transportation Manager/Supervisor or Dispatcher for resolution. This includes, but is not limited to re-routes, adjustments in container sizes, training, etc.
Ensures waste, supplies, and material handling equipment are secured prior to operating vehicle on public highway. Ensures that assigned paperwork is completed legibly, neatly, accurately, and completely and returned to Transportation Supervisor or Dispatcher for processing. Ensures DOT Driver Log is completed, if applicable. Communicates with Stericycle Transportation Supervisor and/or Dispatcher regarding any change to route pickups, including address changes, customer not having waste ready for pickup, etc. Ensures that employee covering for specific route is aware of any situations outside the norm in order to provide the highest level of customer service. Reports any problems/issues with accounts to Transportation Supervisor and/or Dispatcher before the close of business each day. Performs pre-trip and post-trip maintenance on assigned truck prior to leaving or closing for the day. Reports any maintenance problems to Transportation/Dispatcher for follow-up.

Summary/Objective: The Mixing Operator position is responsible for a variety of tasks related to the preparation and mixing an array of finished doughs. This position uses a standardized process to accurately combine ingredients in a mixer to produce quality doughs per recipe instructions.

Obtain recipe sheets and mix dough(s) applicable to the assigned line(s). Weigh, dump, and add by hand raw ingredients required to make the appropriate dough(s) or other mixes. Complete and understand the mixing report in a timely and accurate manner. Properly record all information such as date, name, ingredient, amounts, lot, manifold numbers, etc.
Manage the inventory control system appropriately. Operate either a walk-behind hand dolly or dough dolly to move ingredients in troughs from one work area to another, including the mezzanine if necessary. If necessary to use powered industrial equipment, the employee must obtain and maintain the appropriate powered equipment or aerial lift certification to do so immediately.
The employee must possess a basic understanding of math and a knowledge of measurements associated with reading a measuring instrument. Must understand basics of scale operations and weights. Accurately record JDE lot numbers, pallet ID numbers, and manifold numbers on mixing report for raw ingredients.
Understand the layout of the Proof Room and of the assigned mixing equipment. Perform visual inspections of raw materials and of products produced, including maintaining proper level in the lay-time conveyor, and notify management when an issue or concern is first noted. Operate mixing equipment including, but not limited to: all panel view screens, steam and chilled water jackets, scales, and DSI scanners.
Must be able to train other team members on process/machinery as necessary. Understand, observe and comply with the handling/usage of color-coded container policy. Maintain clean work environment and prepare work area for following shift personnel.
Possess thorough understanding of all company policies, including GMPs and safety policies. Communicate effectively with other departments, managers, and other employees. Immediately notify maintenance, line operations or supervision of any repairs or adjustments required.
The employee may have to arrive earlier/later than normal when start-ups or changeovers to different products occur. Check schedule regularly.

I. Job Summary
Safely operates an automated side loader truck to perform assigned duties on residential routes
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Operates vehicle in accordance with Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements as well as all local, state and federal requirements and Company expectations for the Fleet; maintains a clean and safe vehicle.
Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle using utilizing standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report); notes all issues on DVIR form for corrective review/repair.
Immediately reports any unsafe situations or service calls to Route Manager or Dispatch before attempting service.
Participates and cooperates in all scheduled training, briefings, and meetings as required by Route Manager.
Works closely with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies and identify problem or unsafe accounts.
Performs all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch, assisting other company drivers as directed.
Notifies Route Manager of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage.
Notifies Dispatch or Route Manager of issues as prescribed by Service Machine protocol, including blocked containers, potential missed pick-ups or problems that arise on the route.
Communicates customer requests or issues to Dispatch or Route Manager.
Completely dumps all containers and leaves the customer's location clean and free of debris.
Completes and submits customer tickets when excess yardage must be removed.
Positions containers on the customer's property in a manner that ensures lids are properly replaced, containers are set in an upright position, and containers do not block driveway entrances or traffic.
Follows route assignments throughout the day and completes all documentation when checking-in at the end of the route.
