Responsible for: mara, glace, and bleach tank processing; maintaining proper brine, SO2, fruit and syrup brix, and PH levels by adding chemicals; monitoring the fruit in fiber tanks ensuring circulation, pressure and bacteria growth are within specification and all pumps and other equipment are functioning properly; operating and maintaining sugar recovery system (APV); ensuring accurate paperwork completion.
Schedule includes weekends with two (2) days off during the week.

Calender Mass Tender
Work from established procedures, written and/or verbal instructions.
Remove mass from pans onto conveyor for feeding into extruder.
Monitor temperature and speed controls of extruder to insure proper flow of mass to calender mass bank and make adjustments as necessary.
Change mass screens and pipes when necessary.
Assistant in cutting finished drums of tape from calender and start new drums.
Use overhead hoist to move materials.
Assist with PE Mill operation to assure correct and continuous operation.
Must assume the assistant operators' position in the assistants' absence.
Assist crewmembers with set-ups, changeovers and start-ups.
Relieve other crew members as required.
Report all quality and maintenance problems to your Supervisor.
Follow prescribed safety and GMP regulations.
Add waste to accumulation drum.

The tender engineer leads tenders/quotes specific engineering tasks and supports costing tasks to meet project needs for the flow control group.
Responsible for application of tender processes and tools, and works on all tender activities including review of customer requirements, collaboration with cross functional team to assess project needs and balance the needs with respect to the standardization strategies.

The Tank Builder assembles, analyzes for defects, and repairs boilers, tanks, vats and pressure vessels, boiler auxiliaries and ancillaries according to blueprints specifications, using power tools and hand tools.
Locates and marks reference points for columns or plates on foundation, sing master straight edge, squares, transit and measuring tape and applying knowledge of geometry
Attaches rigging or signals crane operator to lift components to specified position
Aligns structures or plates sections to assemble boiler frame, tanks or vats sing plumb bobs, levels, wedges, dogs or turnbuckles
Hammers, flame-cuts, files grinds irregular edges of sections or structural parts to facilitate fitting edges together

Corporate EHS Specialist - Tank Compliance, Environmental Episode Response
The Corporate Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist position is responsible for environmental compliance related to storage tanks and environmental episode (spill) response. The Corporate EHS Specialist will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for FCA in these areas of compliance, and is responsible for monitoring regulatory changes and implementing projects to assist facilities in maintaining compliance with those regulations. Responsible for filling all press chemicals, loading inks, putting away inks when done with job and refilling process inks on press shelf when needed.
Understands the importance of environmental responsibilities and disposal of press waste
Responsible for ensuring all used rags are disposed of in rag bin and that the lids remain closed
Responsible for ensuring only one drum of AQ flush water and one drum of fountain solution flush water remain at the press.
Removes any full AQ/Fountain solution flush water drums from press to Non-Hazardous waste staging area.
Ensures that any new drum used to collect waste at the press are properly labeled
Responsible for cleaning ink knives, cleaning ink fountains, cleaning water buckets, cleaning any coater spills, cleaning washer blades and keeping the press area in a clean state, as well as emptying all garbage bins in press area.
Responsible for picking up used rags and gloves in press area, changing rag bag when full and maintaining stack of clean rags for use on the press.
Responsible for shrink wrapping unused paper after a run and filling out the "Leftover Stock" form and attaching it to leftover stock.
Assists the pressman in any maintenance of the press.
Ability to lift 40 Lbs. and work with chemicals and inks necessary to the printing process
Forklift certification required
Previous experience in a printing environment preferred. Some experience in the operation of various hand tools preferred. Must be able to work in a team environment.
