As a programmer you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving systems that utilize the .NET framework. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and ideas in non-technical terms. Estimating Responsibilities will include the following: * Prepare detailed cost estimates through takeoff, subcontractor input and historical cost data. * Provide hard bid estimates for public and private work. * Perform business development along with the President to ensure continued growth. * Work with external architects to ensure design falls in owner’s budget on Design/Build projects. * Establish bidder lists and create RFP Solicitations for vendors and subcontractors. * Develop scopes of work for sub-contractors. * Perform scope reviews with bidders. * Submit bids to owners and developers. * Transition Pre-Construction information and contracts to Operations and Field Staff.
