OR Registered Nurse Position Summary:
. Supports theoretical knowledge, ethical principles, research, specialized clinical skills, collegial and interdisciplinary collaboration that enhance perioperative nursing and training. Implements educational plans for orientation, inservice programs, new technology/procedures/equipment and continuing education programs. Enhances the professional growth of the staff in relation to critical thinking, professionalism, competence and personal enhancement of the perioperative team. Scrubs and circulates cases individually and with staff to promote and advance excellence in the provision of perioperative care to our patients. Experience
Required: Successful completion of Periop 101 program or 6 month equivalent in OR training. 5 year minimum of OR experience involving complex cases such as cardiothoracic, vascular endovascular, bariatrics, and general surgery.
Preferred: Perioperative educator, Specialty Team Lead or OR clinical coordinator Education
Preferred: AORN certification
Completes all required competency assessment requirements in specified time frame. Completes a minimum of 30 contact hours of continuing education annually. License and Credentials
Required: NJ RN License, BLS, ACLS certifications
Preferred: MSN preferred- Skills
Required: circulating and scrubbing cases within last 12 months
Preferred: current position in OR area scrubbing and circulating complex cases

We design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally to provide actual user feedback to companies and market research firms to evaluate products, packaging, related product instructions and more.
We leverage our network of private panels (In-Home Usage Testers) to provide product testers to companies for evaluating the in-home experience with a wide variety of products to ensure proper product certification and greater market access.

Properly document In-Home Usage Test as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule. Types of documentation commonly used for In-Home Usage Tests are snapshots, audio recordings, videos and Product Journals.
Attend Skype meetings or conference call meetings with Account Managers, Brand Managers, Research Managers, Product Managers or small business owners to offer ongoing product usage feedback. These short virtual meetings may take place 2-3 times per week and are paid by the hour also.
