Performs cashiering and hosting functions and must possess the necessary organizational skills for customer wait lists and seat assignment. Duties must be performed quickly and accurately.

Must anticipate and be responsive to every customer need.
Problems or disputes are to be relayed to and handled by the Card Room Supervisor.
Must be accurate in processing the buy-in and cash out transactions by customers, which results in the Card Room Cage Bank balancing.

The Plant Controller will:
Coordinate and/or direct the financial planning, budgeting, and financial activities of the organization.
Prepare or direct the preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, annual budgets, monthly forecasts and other reports. Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts to supporting detail.
Review and monitor financial and operational results, accounting reports, transactions and inventory processes. Investigate abnormal or unexpected results, compare expenses to budget, and analyze variances. Report findings and recommend correction measures.
Develop and maintain internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures in order to safeguard the assets of the organization and ensure the completeness and accuracy of transactions.
Perform analytical tests to ensure adequacy of accrual and reserve account balances.
Review and analyze business processes. Recommend and implement corrective actions for continual improvement.
Authorize payment of invoices. Resolve accounts payable/receivable discrepancies/delinquencies.
Ensure correct costing of all labor and materials and updating corresponding lists prices. Prepare price changes for service parts in consultation with Department Manager and update prices in ERP system.
Prepare, maintain, and analyze product standard cost, gross margins, and pricing for wholegoods products; including cost roll-over in the system.
Analyze, calculate, and update annual labor charges and overhead rates.
Review intercompany transactions and reconcile to supporting details and with other Alamo companies.
Advise leadership on short-term and long-term financial objectives, obligations, policies, and actions.
Monitor inventory policies and procedures to ensure accurate accounting control of materials and labor. Coordinate all aspects of annual physical inventory. Oversee cycle count function. Approve cycle count variances and ensure proper investigation.
Liaise with external and internal auditors, insurance brokers, lawyers, etc. concerning the financial operations of the organization.
Supervise, monitor and evaluate the performance of accounting staff, recommending and implementing personnel actions (i.e. hiring, promotion, discharge or transfer).
Ensure adequate training of staff and employee compliance to organization's policies and practices. Provide leadership and accountability for safety results within the department. Contribute to safety in all aspects of the job and all company meetings.
Partner with plant operation management to increase plant efficiency and product profitability.
Develop and maintain relationships with management and corporate accounting personnel to facilitate financial activities.
Prepare budget and other meeting presentations.
The Ideal Candidate will have/be:
Advanced knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, and the analysis and reporting of financial data (Cost Accounting, GAAP, etc.).
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and financial planning.
Knowledge of laws, government regulations, agency rules, banking, taxation and insurance.
Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems and financial analysis software (JDE preferred).
Knowledge of audit and internal control philosophies.

Brush Operator Level 1
Perform on two brush manufacturing work cells
Set up and operate machines at a minimum efficiency rate while meeting productivity, quality and safety requirement. Inspect parts for conformance using measuring instruments (Pull Force gauge, Tuft weight scale)
Performs periodic troubleshooting and adjustment to build a quality part
Focus on safety and ensure all safety devices and procedures are being used within their work area

Plan and construct a wide variety of tools, dies, fixtures and gauges to very close tolerances, or construct more complex units where design is available.
Perform development work, layout and difficult tool room machine operations, fitting, timing and adjusting, e.g. combination dies for parts or irregular contour, box type drill jigs with difficult locating or nesting features, ordinary index milling fixtures.
Dismantles and repairs or replaces parts of damaged dies and fixtures, fits and assembles parts, and tests repaired dies for proper operation.
Operates cranes safely to remove and/or relocate dies to specific work stations/equipment.

The Cheese Maker is responsible for ensuring optimum quality products through batching and processing of various product families following regulatory standards, ensuring the product and process is clean and sterile. The Cheese Cook is also responsible for maintaining and cleaning all equipment in assigned area.
Familiarity with all applicable cheese making equipment and provide quality inspections on all related items.
Test, monitor and batch all products in accordance to established procedures and policies.
Ensure curd is over and processed as soon as possible to protect curd freshness and texture.
Maintain communication with other departments, management and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production.
Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible and accurate format, and completed with required information.
Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP's.
Analyze process data and equipment performance data to improve quality, throughput, and troubleshoot.
Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area.
Follow all required work safe practices. This would include wearing of all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints, etc.
Responsible for food safety, pre-requisite programs and food quality related to designated area.
Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.

Tool & Gage Maker (2Nd Shift) - Pm/84
Perform a variety of tool and gage making functions with assistance and direction from Sr. Tool & Gage Makers to support various machines and equipment within the business unit and other areas of the facility.
Typical tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
Read and work from blueprints, sketches, drawings, and piece samples, layout durable tools for the purpose of machining and/or inspection
Perform machining processes to conduct alterations and necessary repairs on tools, gages and fixtures
Understand the use and care of basic hand tools and precision measuring equipment to complete complex compound angled set-ups
Perform set-ups with proficiency, in a safe manner
Ensure that all fixtures and gages (simple and complex) are calibrated and/or fabricated to specifications
Provide written and verbal technical support to internal and external customers
Understand and work to the Pratt & Whitney tool-related procedures
Fabricate and Calibrate ID/OD gages for inspection of diameters; precisely compute compound angles
Ensure that tools are properly identified with all information including tool number, weight and change letter
Execute related SAP transactions thoroughly and accurately
Adhere to procedures for machine sign-in, clean-up and maintenance of equipment, clocking procedures, tooling sign-out for inventory management, and vacation scheduling
Follow EHS guidelines and procedures such as use of proper P.P.E., following Job Safety Analysis work sheets and watch for the safety of co-workers
Work to ACE initiatives following guidelines; contribute to continuous improvement of all work related functions
