Construction Project Manager
Our Budd Lake, NJ Branch office is looking for a Project Manager to plan and coordinate small commercial projects. This position performs the following duties while ensuring projects are completed on-time, within budget, in accordance with building codes and the high quality/safety standards set by our firm.

Financial Operations Specialist- A/R
The Financial Operations Specialist-A/R has accountability for assigned customer accounts requiring complete analysis of credit extension, management of accounts within prescribed credit guidelines, timely research of deductions and expeditious collection of all past due invoices and invalid deductions. The job requires timely review and decisions regarding the release or hold of customer orders and significant communication with customers and the Sales organization.
Manage and control the receivable portfolio by direct involvement in investigation, reconciliation and collection of assigned accounts.
Collect outstanding invoices as well as resolve deductions via phone & written communication.
Decide whether or not to release new orders for shipment up to $10,000 based on specific credit risk evaluation. Make recommendation to Financial Operations Manager- AR for any order over $10,000. Deal directly with the account and Sales Associates to resolve obstacles potentially leading to the withholding of orders.
Establish credit lines on new accounts and update existing credit lines up to $10,000 using trade and bank references, financial statements, internal system information and credit group contacts to identify risk. Make recommendations for changes over $10,000 to Financial Operations Manager- AR.
Prepare spreadsheets and presentations to utilize in customer visits or collection efforts.
Assist the Financial Operations Manager- AR in representing the department/company at creditor meetings, bankruptcy proceedings, sales presentations and cross-functional team meetings as well as serve as back up in the office during their absence.
Communicate extensively with customers, Sales Associates and Customer Care regarding past due invoices, delinquent accounts, deductions and proof of delivery. Other communications may include accounting, collection agencies and attorneys. Respond to all questions and inquires relating to credit policy and credit references.
Offer customers various types of credit arrangements through risk analysis (open, secured, CIA, order to order, EFT).
Make recommendations for forced collection through collection agencies and attorneys. Monitor progress of collection efforts by third party, collection agencies and/or courts regarding bankruptcies to assure maximum collection of monies owed.
File proof of claim for bankruptcy, bulk sale or assignment for benefit of creditors.
Make recommendations for streamlining processes and highlight opportunities for improvements.
Recommend continuous Improvements to the Senior Financial Operations Specialist.
Raise unresolved functional and technical issues to Senior Financial Operations Specialist.
Stay abreast of new processes and system functionality
Attend training to maintain high level of knowledge
Context and Scope

Proficient with PC (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Good oral and written communication skills (including negotiation).
Good judgment and sound decision-making ability.
Ability to handle conflict, interact patiently and retain composure under stressful conditions.
Must display tact, diplomacy and understanding necessary to deal with people and situations in a professional manner.

R&D Project Coordinator

- Review design changes to pca's as new revisions are released and identify any component changes which may have availability issues that impact proto build schedules.

- Quote components, equipment and services with vendors as required for R&D personnel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet savvy.

? Build Pallet: When receiving, arrange and place cartons onto pallets to correct Ti x Hi specifications (pallet count). When picking, stack cartons on pallet up to a height of 6 ? feet.
? Responsible for Properly Stacking and Cubing Pallet (Manual Distribution Center only): Lift cartons off tray/chute, and stack cartons on pallet up to a height of 7 ? feet. Pallet must be properly squared.
? Shrink Wrap/Tape all Completed Pallets: Secure pallets with shrink wrap/tape to keep cartons from falling while merchandise is being transported.
? Feed Cartons onto Conveyor: Lift carton off pallet and place on appropriate power conveyor.
? Manually Push Cartons onto Store Chute: Push carton off conveyor onto a pre-numbered tray/chute or lift carton off conveyor and place on exception conveyor behind sorter position.
? Move Merchandise: Operate hand jacks and/or Material Handling Equipment (complete licensing) to remove merchandise to the next designated department.
? Seal Totes: Place tamper-proof tags on totes with security merchandise.
? Identify Splits: Identify an incoming merchandise pallet so that the radio frequency system or receiver can indicate the proper split.
? Split Full Pallets: Pick the quantity of items described on the terminal or receiver to the correct store pallet by moving the pallet with hand jack or power equipment across the staging rollers and placing the carton on the designated store pallet.
? Load Trailer: Move full pallets onto trailer using hand jack or pallet end rider. Un-stack cartons from pallet to trailer floor to ceiling, filling up the entire trailer.
? Top Load Merchandise: Hand stack merchandise on top of pallets to fill available space on trailer, up to 7 ? feet high to ensure fully cubed trailer.
? Secure and Seal Trailer Doors: Open and close shipping and trailer doors, attaching a serial numbered seal and lock each trailer door.
? Record Shipping Documentation: Record seal, trailer, door, and store number onto shipping log.
? Clean: Maintain a clean and safe work area.
? Safe Procedures: Maintain safe work practices as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures.
? Loss Prevention: Responsible for taking steps to detect common signs of theft and other security issues involving co-workers and to promptly communicate potential problems to Distribution Center management.
? Performance: A receiver/breakdown/loader/stripper must learn and perform all essential functions accurately with minimal direct supervision within 3 weeks after employment.
? Other: Any other task or function assigned by a supervisor or member of management.
? Ability to read and understand the English language in order to interpret carton vendor markings to properly breakdown merchandise.

? Sufficient manual dexterity to be able to shrink wrap/tape a pallet from top to bottom by holding a cylinder of shrink wrap/tape and walking around a pallet up to a 6 foot height.
? Ability to safely operate all Material Handling Equipment (license required) including, but not limited to, the following:
o Pallet End rider
o Stand-up Forklift / Reach / Order Picker
o Sit-down Forklift (clamp)
? Ability to work in job functions in heights up to 35 feet.
? Ability to transport oneself throughout the entire Distribution Center.
