The Advisor Production Support will be responsible for the following:
Responsible for troubleshooting issues related to Pharmacy Advisor ACE and information service calls. He or she will work on service tickets and coordinate with participating system support personnel for issue resolutions for the enterprise program.
The incumbent will be responsible for completing work assignments and service levels.
