Adjusts palletizer for product by setting controls for height and count.
Runs packer, feeder, and palletizer by monitoring and adjusting each section of machine as necessary.

Bulk Tank Farm Operator
KIK Custom Products is seeking a Bulk Tank Farm Operator. The basic function of this position is to unload chemical/propellant tank trucks and chemical/propellant railcars by following written procedures. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Unload solvent tanker trucks per SOP.
Unload solvent & propellant rail cars per SOP.
Verify receipts for railcars and tank trucks – report inconsistencies to supply chain person
Assist propellant tanker truck driver in unloading propellant into propellant tanks per SOP.
Use and hook up pumps, filters and hoses for chemical & waste transfer.
Collect chemical & propellant samples and bring to lab for incoming inspection/testing.
Record data from scales, meters and gauges in the tank farm area & send out inventory report on daily basis. Report any problems to maintenance department.
Know how to conduct cleanouts of chemical storage tanks and related equipment.
Prepare tank farm for long weekend shut down/Startup tank from long weekend shutdown
Perform all basic Tank Farm related operations.
Work with facilities mechanics in maintaining tank farm equipment, pumps, storage tanks & piping in good operating condition.
Participate in other duties as may be assigned by the department supervisor or manager.
Must complete all necessary paperwork as established for the work being performed. Qualification Standards:
High school graduate.
Able to effectively communicate with fellow personnel.
Must complete training on all relevant SOP’s within 90 days of taking on the position.
Ability to read, write and understand English and have basic arithmetic skills (proficiency test required) with ability to do unit conversion.

Stacks finished cases properly onto the specified pallets following customer specifications and stacking patterns.

Rotates breaks to keep folder/gluers running continuously.
Must be at job site ready to start work at the start of the shift.
Keeps track of corrugated.
Creates labels for cases from information on job ticket.
Organizes and files blue boxes upon job completion.
Coordinates with operators at the completion of a job to have all material accounted for.
Makes sure job was completed to required count.
Assists operator in pre-staging next available job.
Reviews all job tickets to see what cases need to be made prior to folding and gluing.
Makes corrugated boxes for Folder Gluers.

Employees in this position clean and apply sealant to fuel tank/airplane components per drawings and specifications. These employees will perform repetitive ""in process"" sealing on open and accessible wing integral fuel tank items and other assemblies (e.g., floors, ribs, spars, wing panels). Employees will assist in pressure testing.
Employment in this position also requires rotation of head/neck, bending and twisting at the waist, walking, crawling, crouching, standing, kneeling, reaching, climbing/balancing, flexion/extension, contact with sealants and solvents, exposure to noise, working on elevated platforms and the use of personal safety gear for face, eyes, hand/arm, and ears. Additional Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities Obtain daily work assignment from lead/supervisor, or call sheet. Obtain and read drawings to determine area to be worked.
Obtain necessary sealant, solvent, cleaners, and wipers from hazardous material crib or shop storage area. Set-up ventilation equipment, as required, to supply fresh air in work areas. Operate mechanical lifts of various types (e.g., scissors lifts, elevated work platforms). Clean and adjust seal equipment and insure that equipment is functioning properly.
Wear appropriate protective clothing/equipment. Use respirator as required. Ensure aircraft is properly grounded prior to cleaning operations, as required.
Clean interior/exterior surfaces using solvents or detergents and water. Seal and/or topcoat per specifications including fillet seal to system components, bushings, fittings that penetrate fuel cells, and tubing ground straps, sealing heads and collars of fasteners. Apply brush coat, as required.
Apply corrosion preventative seal, as required. Measure, hand layout, and apply aerodynamic seal to skin gaps on leading edge and trailing edge panel gaps. Prepare surface (e.g., masking, drying, vacuuming) for paint.
Submit completed job or in-process checks, as required, to inspector at appropriate steps in sequence for acceptance or rejection. Perform rework as required per Pick Up, Special Repair, Rejection Tag, Non-Conformance Record, or other authorized instructions. Handle and dispose of hazardous materials in an approved manner (e.g., solvents, thinners, and primers). Clean up work areas and equipment.

The primary role of the Painter/Prepper/Sealer is operating pressure pots for applying primer/paint. Responsibilities will include: identifying potential safety hazards, selecting or mixing the appropriate paint, and reading and interpreting SOPs. Overview: The bulk rig operator is responsible for safely operating a tractor and trailer while delivering pallets of product to bulk accounts in a timely manner and pick up empty shells. They will properly and safely stack product in back rooms of accounts. Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday. Start Time ranges from 12 AM - 2 AM with End Time being at the completion of your route.
