Job Description Kelly Services in partnership with our Amherst, NH customer is seeking a second shift Trimmer Associate for a temp to hire opportunity. In this position you will operate a hydraulic trimming press to load and unload parts and items to cut, shape, trim and punch holes, separate material from parts and perform various hand trimming operations, standard sub assembly and work processing.
You will also make necessary visual or gauged parts inspections with templates, separating bad or questionable parts. You will count, identify, box, pack and stack completed work or items to be inspected and move to holding area. You may operate other hydraulic presses to perform sub assembly and fabrication operations.
May also operate vacuum parts holder. Secondary Functions: As required, you will spray molds with mold release substance and hand separate "flash" from inadequately trimmed parts and perform other hand operations to complete trimming activities.
You will also complete work sheets and work travellers, note job and job number, times worked, machine used, number of items completed, reject counts and other information. You will move materials as necessary in the performance of duties. You will report any improper operation of equipment to the supervisor and maintain work area and equipment in a clean safe and orderly condition while maintaining quality standards.

We are looking for someone who will be using different trimming tools to trim off excess plastic from different sized parts. Parts could range from water coolers, military drop boxes, floating docks etc. This is a full time entry level position that is willing to train new employees. In this position you may also learn to run different plastic molding machines. This company is great about giving raises and rewarding hard workers with advancement.
A background in manufacturing. Machining experience a plus but not mandatory.

Profesional Hoof Trimmer
Experienced cattle hoof trimmer needed. Some travel will be involved but mostly local. Able to trim 10-15 cows an hour preferred. applicant should be able to trim / block and wrap as needed. Apply medication when needed. Would like individual to be able to perform all aspects of hoof trimming and be knowledgeable and comfortable with handling cattle. ( DAIRY & BEEF) Need a highly motivated person who is dependable and a self starter. Great communication skills and organized. Applicant will complete day to day invoicing depending on head count and keeping a log on tag numbers depending on what work was performed on each cow to be sure that the correct charges are billed to customer and then paperwork will be turned in for final billing. Most work will be done by yourself from location to location with the occasional exception depending on the job. Work is mostly in Southern Idaho but travel to Utah, Nevada, Montana and Washington may be possible on occasion but not very often. Base salary plus a percentage pay based on the daily gross and DOE. Obtains direction assignment from the Foreman or designated supervisor and performs assigned tasks as directed.
Provides accurate completion on all pertinent forms which pertain to the job including time sheets and inspection forms.
Performs all right-of-way activities from an aerial device or rope and saddle around any primary conductor(s) without supervision.
Understands minimum separation as it applies to line clearance.
Demonstrates the ability to perform a pre-climb inspection.
Understands proper pruning practices.
Knowledge of safe work practices near energized conductors.
Demonstrates the ability to access tree canopy using either the foot lock or hip thrust method.

Certified as a Line Clearance Arborist is preferred.
Must complete and pass the Tree Trimmer 2nd Year test and Field Evaluation.
At least three (3) years’ experience working around power lines and utilities.

Knowledge of clearing and trimming techniques used to clear right-of-way.
Knowledge of basic tree biology.
