Create an exceptional dining experience for the guests by preparing alcoholic and specialty drinks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Understand and comply with Utah liquor laws.
Stock bar and keep accurate inventory counts.
Maintain a neat and clean appearance.
Wear a complete designated, wrinkle free uniform and name tag.
Set up and stock the bar at the beginning and end of each shift and keep bar clean and organized at all times.
Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
Serve wine and bottled beer.
Support Foundry Grill staff in serving, delivering drinks and wine.
Assist management by putting away daily deliveries and maintaining storage facilities.
Account for wine, liquor, and beer inventory for the Foundry Grill.
Work with service staff in side work keeping restaurant clean and organized during slow periods.

The Tender Management (TM) Analyst plays a critical role in producing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to win new customers and protect existing business. A day in the life:
Operates heavy equipment such as dump trucks, front-end loaders, elevators, and conveyors to maintain a steady supply of coal to the boilers;
Measures and records amount of coal supplied to each boiler;
Utilizes ash pulling equipment to remove waste ash from the boilers;

Remove roll of leftover paper from press after automatic splicing.
May operate mechanical truck to transport rolls of paper to press area. May assist with some of the make-ready tasks associated with the type of press operated such as hanging plates, examining plates, prepping and installing blankets, adjusting tension, etc. Clean press and install press components to maintain press in working order. May prepare loads of flat stock for a sheetfed press.
Knowledge of offset presswork procedures and materials. Ability to read and follow job specifications to determine materials needed to run each job successfully.
Abiltiy to make adjustment to splicer. Knowledge to load paper.
Previous experience as a roll tender in a commercial print operation preferred.

The Burner Table Operator safely performs position specific responsibilities in line with Olympic Steel's Core Values to ensure the highest level of productivity and quality while adhering to all relevant company policies and procedures. Is a safety leader at all times by personally observing all safety requirements and ensuring compliance from co-workers and visitors. Supports and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and strives to improve safety, quality, and efficiency in all areas of responsibility. This position operates an Alltra burner to cut material as specified by work orders and customer needs. Oversees the burning process, including evaluating work orders, properly and efficiently setting up the machine, performing all cutting functions according to drawings, continuously monitoring/inspecting job for quality, packaging material per customer requirements, and cleaning the work area. Responsible for satisfying customer requirements of quality, quantity and delivery, in a safe manner while maximizing productivity.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Mechanically inclined, production oriented, and safety and quality conscious.
General knowledge of crane operation and ancillary lifting devices.
Basic math skills.
Proven reliability and self-motivated with ability to work under general supervision.
Detail oriented with ability to inspect material for quality conformance through the use of measuring devices and drawings.
Team oriented with effective communication skills.
Fine motor and gross motor coordination.
Burn Table Operator- 2Nd And 3Rd Shift
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
(Including the following, however, additional duties may apply as required)
Set-up and burn with fuel gas bevel cutting tip
Set-up and burn structural shapes and 3 dimensional parts
Set-up and perform oxygen piercing
Set-up CNC programs for cutting operations
Set-up, adjust and operate fuel gas and plasma functions
Calculate the speeds required for different materials, tools and material thickness
Adjust water table and burning set up for minimal dross build up and part welding
Verify correct quantity and cut quality of parts burned
Perform 1st piece and random dimensional inspections with the air of the shop order packet
Work from drawings and use required measuring instruments and gauging devices to check progression or work and final product.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least one year of experience
Ability to perform basic mathematical computations required. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to move or transfer products with an overhead crane, forklift or stand-up may be required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when required. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
