In a Flex (Flexible Work Team) position, you'll design your own schedule each week by selecting your shifts from those available in your area or zone. While you won't have assigned shifts or guaranteed hours each week, you'll have maximum flexibility to earn money – and a generous employee discount - around your personal schedule. On key days or peak shopping times, however - like a One Day Sale or the week leading up to Valentine's Day – you will be assigned a shift. Execute merchandising tasks including placement of merchandise to standards, movement of fixtures and merchandise for seasonal sets, stockroom maintenance, and organization, replenishment to the selling floor, collection and transport of picked fulfillment orders to appropriate processing areas, processing and packing of damages, transfers, return to vendor and mark out of stock merchandise, and other duties as assigned.
Execute signing tasks including organization, maintenance, and accountability of sign shop and sign cart including sign libraries, toppers, headers, and holders, sign set up/removal based on radio frequency hand held tools, conducting random sign audits to ensure correct selling price is reflected on signs, and other duties as assigned.
Execute pricing tasks including marking correct markup/markdown price on merchandise, using correct price change labels, conducting random price audits to ensure correct price is reflected on merchandise, and other duties as assigned.
Assist customers and complete point of sale transactions as needed.
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
Education: No specific educational accomplishments are necessary; Previous experience in a support role is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

The inspector will support the Minerals Business by performing inspections at existing job sites and writing technical reports detailing inspection findings per nomination, in a timely manner. The purpose of this role is to serve our clients in the best possible manner by performing and delivering inspection and sampling services and informing the administration team with accurate updates and quality reports to provide to our clients.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Oversees loading, unloading of cargo from ships and other forms of transit to document damages as they are loaded and/or unloaded.
Execute sampling & sample preparation and deliver sample to laboratory for analysis.
Record accurate information and details.
Issue obtained field documents and inspection report to office detailing results of inspection
Communicate and cooperate with administration staff regarding details of the inspection requirements.
Liaison with terminal & warehouse personal for execution of inspections.
Check and verify testing data/ field documents for accuracy.
Responsible for performing Loading, Discharge, Stock Verification, Sampling and Damage Inspections.
Ensures sample are labeled with identifying product, location of sample, date, and time of collection.
Perform other assignment as directed
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university.
Must have a valid driver's license and TWIC Card.
Applicant must have good communicate (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to execute detailed written or oral instructions.
Ability to work well with others and independently.
Ability to follow directions ensuring the end results are accurate.
Ability to read and interpret supporting documents such as Bill(s) of Lading, Packing List, MSDS, Stowage Plans, Operating and Maintenance Instructions, and Procedure Manuals.
Applicant must have working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, scanning and email functions.
Applicant must have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to kneel, squat or bend.
Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
Prior experience in cargo inspection/sampling is preferred
Prior Maritime experience preferred.
Flexible schedule as occasional overtime or weekend work might be required
Applicant must be able to pass a drug screen and background check prior to employment.

The Operations Manager is a member of the Store Management team, and as such, fulfills the company purpose of helping people on their path to better health by driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service. Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the Operations Manager will maintain an engaged, productive store team through strong leadership, demonstrating initiative and leading by example.
The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the total leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store including:
Overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation
Sales and inventory management
Employee staffing, training, and development
Customer service leadership
Unlike the Store Manager in Training position, the Operations Manager position is not part of the CVS/pharmacy Retail Management Development Program. Operations Managers are not eligible for direct promotion to Store Manager. Candidates with a short-term goal of becoming a CVS Store Manager should instead apply for Store Manager in Training openings.
Lead others and work effectively with store crews
Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store's crew
Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
Support Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvement
Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)
Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.

Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
- Experience as a retail manager or supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
