Charter Bus Assistant
Under the direction of Bussing Supervisor, the Charter Bus Assistant facilitates the successful daily operation of the San Manuel Bussing department by utilizing proficiency and accuracy in the counting of all arriving Charters and San Manuel Bussing guests; ensuring the precise issuing of incentive coupons to San Manuel guests; providing consistent, excellent service to all guests. Answers guest concerns that pertain to bussing transportation services, general casino inquiries, in-bound phone requests, and assists bussing supervision with day to day job tasks as assigned to expedite the effective operation of the Bussing department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Safeguards all incentive coupons that are to be issued to San Manuel Bussing guests; ensures all incentives are accounted for throughout each shift; tracks accurate issuance and return of each incentive and provides complete accountability.
Daily assigned tasks to facilitate the arrival of guests which includes booking special groups, maintaining arrival logs, filling in trip tickets, completing Guest Surveys both over the phone and through email with additional responsibilities as assigned.
Ensures that each Guest Manifest is filled in completely by Tour Bus Coordinators to ensure performance tracking goals are met and guarantees complete bus accountability for safety purposes.
Maintains a Monthly task list that tracks individual tasks and duties. Provides completed task list to the immediate supervisor for review and evaluation purposes.
Monitors each Transportation company's information for changes in address, phone numbers and general contact information to ensure successful coordination with all San Manuel Bussing vendors.
Maintains human intelligence on each Casino Coordinator by retaining accurate data on: Coordinator on-bus promotions, Coordinator promotional fliers, Coordinator concerns and general information for the successful implementation of department service goals.
Participates in weekly department meetings, training classes and programs offered by the tribe through the Human Resources Department as well as additional safety training provided by Risk Management to facilitate a self-development mindset.
Maintains a positive attitude at all times and supports bussing management decisions, goals, and service expectations.
Maintains knowledge of, understands and puts into practice the Bussing department mission statement and San Manuel Quality Service Standards.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.

Minimum 2 years customer service experience required.
Minimum one (1) year casino operations experience preferred.
Minimum one (1) year charter bus experience preferred.

Live Haul Driver
To transport chickens from the poultry farms to the processing plant by means of tractor within the required time constraints.
- Internal Candidates will be interviewed first.
#1 Makes a written pre-trip and post-trip inspection on truck and fills out a DOT inspection form at the end of each shift.
#2 Drives to and from farms at both day and night with a driving range of 20 minutes to 2 hours without a stop making 1-4 trips per shift to supply plant with birds.
#3 Must cover loads with canvas if temperature falls below specified policy and at the plant must cut on cooling shed fans if temperature exceeds specified policy.
#4 When arriving at the plant the truck must be filled with fuel before driving across the scales.
#5 Unbind cages for loading at the farm and bind cages after loading.
Must have a valid commercial drivers license, a class A license and meet all requirements of Perdue safety and health manual.

Short Haul Reg Truck Driver
Operate Tractor -Trailer combination between Company/Customer facilities, in order to pick up and deliver freight in a legal, safe, timely, and efficient manner, to include drop, hook, spot or otherwise interchange equipment for loading and unloading at various locations, as assigned. The expectation for this position is to start and end at their assigned domiciled plant, unless otherwise directed by management. PRINCIPAL AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maneuver and deliver/backhaul truck loads of product and materials to plants, customers, and distributors as assigned. 2. Line Haul - Class A Driver - Interline Brands
As a 2nd Shift Line Haul Driver you will be responsible for the distribution and delivery of maintenance, repair and operational (MRO) products to our locations in the region. You will operate a company Class A delivery truck, loading and unloading freight for deliveries to other branches including West Columbia, SC, and Greenville, SC. Candidates must have a CDL Class A for this role.
The shift will be from Monday through Friday and typical hours will range from 7:00pm to 3:00am, depending on the volume for that day. For this role, you will be home during the day and free on weekends!
