Make sure washer is running correctly.
Test concentration levels with selected concentration test kits to make sure the levels are within target.
Record all readings and concentration levels on form provided.
Help move plates and bowls from Volma room into the bowl storage room.
Help move empty baskets and plate racks from bowl storage room to Volma room to be filled.
Every two hours spray the machine with chemical solution to eliminate bacteria.
Spray out and sanitize all empty lid totes from the Volma.
Provide break relief to the Line Worker (Plate Stacker) and Line Worker (Bowl Stacker) as needed.
Wash mats as needed.
Ensure concentration levels are correct in mat washer.
If the washer or any belts jam up, fix the problem and restart the machine.
Conduct washer sanitation as needed.
Follows all Good Manufacturing Practices as stated within the policy.
Follows all Safety Rules and procedures by working safely and ensuring safety of others.
Follows all food safety procedures.
Follows all environmental protocols as applicable to job to prevent pollution to air, land, or water.
Follows all sanitation procedures and work instructions.

Job Responsibilities The primary responsibility of the operator position is to run CNC machines and inspect parts to ensure quality production parts within set standards. Ensure quality compliance of all parts following customer specifications and internal drawings and procedures. Essential Functions
Properly start or restart equipment after power is interrupted or as a new start up. Re-zero all axes and begin machining process at proper point in program.
Keep machines consistently running
Identify non conformances utilizing trace, CMM and various inspection methods
Use required hand tools and magnifying equipment to complete parts to process
Adjust and make offsets to bring parts within tolerance
Read and utilize process plan, blueprints, and program in prescribed sequence
Properly place parts, casting or stock in machine securely and accurately
Operate machines to perform prescribed functions on drawings
Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, customer specification and internal drawings and procedures
Utilize Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing

Identify alarm codes and respond with corrective measures

Understand multi-screen functions, alpha and numeric keypads and machine controls (i.e. alter, insert, delete, input, up, down, lft ,rght, pos, prog, system, message, settings, network, etc.)
Operate and Understand function of mode switch and function keys (i.e. mem, mid, tape, edit, handle, job, rapid, zero return, SBK. OSP. BDT. PSM. PST. DRN).
Properly use directional jog buttons, rapid traverse override buttons, and feed rate override buttons
Determine and input proper wear and geometry offsets
Evaluate tooling to determine if free from breaks, chips and abnormal wear
Follow all Eaton safety policies and standards
Fulfill the requirements of the Quality Policy and Quality Management System
