Job Description Summary:
The Cafeteria Attendant is responsible for the service of employee dining room and attending to kitchen uniform.
Setting cafeteria for daily requirements, such as beverage, desserts, cold cuts, etc.
Serving employees lunch/dinner.
Ensuring that all tables, chairs and workstations are organized and cleaned.
Sweep and mop floor between meals.
Ensure that when serving, food gloves and hairnets are worn to meet health codes.
Maintaining a high level of sanitation and safety standards in the employee dining room..

Your daily responsibilities include
Provide stellar customer service to internal and external customers and vendors including participation in and promotion of customer service programs to continuously improve customer service.
Retrieve, prepare, display, sell and serve products to customers including but not limited to preparing and cooking food a la carte as requested.

Ensure supplies are stocked as needed including but not limited to plates, napkins, tableware, condiments and food products including ensuring that supplies are stocked for the next shift.
Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.
Any reasonably requested job duty needed to promote productivity in the efficient administration of business or any reasonable request made by your supervisor or management personnel.
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set
High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
Minimum of one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Perform tasks as needed to complete necessary paperwork, accounting for cash payments, and swiping for payroll deduction payments.
Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed.
Compile information, complete and submit reports as needed.
Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

F&B UTILITY COOK
Candidate must have at least one year prep cook/culinary experience in a 4 diamond/star hotel or restaurant; preferably with culinary school certificate and food handling certification. Position requires basic knowledge of culinary skills such as knife skills, types of sauces, cooking methods, mis en place prep and sanitation requirements.
Must be able to accurately follow recipes and expand/condense them as needed. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work various shifts including weekends and holidays. Candidate must have strong organization and communication skills to coordinate different meal periods.
Candidate will have contact with guests and must be familiar with hotel services, features, local attractions & activities. Physical requirements: must be able to reach 5 feet, transport 50 pounds or more, remain stationary and endure various physical movements throughout the work areas including standing for extended periods throughout the work shift.

What will I be doing?
