Cleans and sanitizes deep fat fryers by draining cooled oil into a stainless steel hose that connects to the fryer; oils is drained in a pan and dumped into a grease barrel; repetitive washing and rinsing of fryers with hot, soapy water and then clear water to clean and rinse for removal of any soap residue 13. Responsible for cleaning up to ten feet of the facilities outside perimeter that includes picking up and throwing away cigarette butts, cans, bottles, plastic utensils, etc. 14. Removes trash and breakdown cardboard to transport to trash and recycle bins; replace trash liners 15.
