Cage Cashier Cage Operations
Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of a redemption window. Accurately conduct cash, coin, and ticket transactions and redemption for gaming customers. Prepare applicable paperwork and comply with cash reporting requirements.
Provides exceptional customer-service
Safeguards assigned cash drawer and casino assets.
Counts and verifies all transactions in Cage at beginning and end of shift.
Makes change and exchanges tickets /change for cash.
Maintains accurate cage cash transmittal forms and other paper work.

Cage Shift Manager
Supervise the overall personnel and operation of the Cage on an assigned shift. Provide a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and cooperation within the department, and other departments. Protect company assets while dealing with the public in an efficient and courteous manner. Cashes negotiable instruments, cashes-in chips, sells or buys coin and orders and receives cash/coin from Bank, Assists customers to establish check cashing limits. Performs administrative support for Casino Controller and handles special projects as assigned. Acts as a back-up trainer for the department when necessary.

Technician, Cage Operations
Founded in 1986, the San Manuel Casino (SMC) has built a strong reputation as a premier gaming establishment attracting more than two-million guests a year! The Cage Operations department is committed to providing a customer focused team of technical experts to support the maintenance and repair of cash dispensing machines throughout the casino.
Reporting to the Cage Operations Supervisor, the Cage Operations Technician will perform preventative maintenance and will be responsible for troubleshooting on multi-functional kiosks, ATM machines, currency counters, bank issues, money carts, cabinets and other various equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Completes electronic and mechanical repairs; responds to floor calls and completes multi-function kiosk customer claims.
Rebuilds, repairs and replaces multi-function kiosk hardware and software components.
Performs repairs of all electrical and mechanical components of required equipment.
Responsible for software updates and makes adjustments to internal settings on multi-function kiosks.
Complies with Cage Operations internal controls, company and departmental policies and procedures.
Responsible for reading and generating reports pertaining to Gaming Commission regulations.
Ensures internal controls are followed on the multi-function kiosks and follows notification protocol to access ports and software.
Investigates and generates reports on the malfunction of kiosks. Summarizes the result of the investigation and technical actions taken on overage/shortage caused by a malfunction.
Maintains the security and accountability of company funds and all assets associated with the multi-function kiosk, ATM machines and bank issues.
Coordinates with various internal departments on the relocation/removal of multi-functional kiosks, ATM machines, bank issues and other equipment used by the department.
Assists vendors in the installation and maintenance on multi-function kiosks, ATM machines, currency counters, banks issues, and other equipment used by the department.
Assists in monitoring, maintaining and implementing network connectivity on multi-function kiosks and ATM machines.
Reports trends, problems, and concerns about technical and service issues.
Creates proper documentation and adequately prepares parts for repair; identifies components and parts that require vendor repair.
Maintains monthly inventory on parts and supplies.
Trains department staff on basic maintenance and operating instructions for multi-function kiosks, ATM machines, currency counters, bank issues and other department equipment.

Cage Cashier (Ft)
Responsible for ensuring that all accounting activities in the Cage Department are performed accurately and efficiently in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, Federal and State Tax Commissions, and established company policies, procedures and controls.
This position is also responsible for assisting customers with transactions and for balancing various bank drawers within the Cage Department, maintaining accuracy throughout all phases of the balancing process.
