Moonstone Hotel Properties and the Cambria Christmas Market are searching for a Hotel Reservationist and Event Concierge to work in our busy call center. Our office is located at the beautiful Cambria Nursery & Florist in Cambria, CA.
Main duties include-
- Making hotel reservations & dinner reservations.
- Answering multi-line phones.
- Responding to emails and Facebook inquiries.
- Learning the details of multiple properties and their events and relaying that information to guests.
- Provide excellent customer service by being knowledgeable and friendly.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Customer service, hospitality, or call center experience.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- Must have the ability to multitask.
- Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated and work well in an office environment.
- Must have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays. Shifts start as early as 7:00 a.m. and end as late as 9:00 p.m.
- Must be available the entire month of November and December. We are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. You must be available to work all other days as needed.
