A Day in the Life:
As one of our Tender Truck Drivers, your main responsibility is tendering fertilizer and chemicals for custom applicators. You are an integral part of our company and you will be expected to deliver dry and liquid fertilizer safely and efficiently to local farms. You will also be expected to perform maintenance and upkeep on your vehicles and equipment. You will be expected to have basic knowledge of all chemicals and their abilities as well as soil fertility and recommendations, and load and unload fertilizer, chemicals, and NH3. You will be expected to help with the maintenance and cleaning of location facilities to meet company standards. You must adhere to all company and government safety policies and regulations. During peak seasons, you will be expected to help load and unload grain at our grain facilities when needed. You will be expected to work hard and you will have to work more hours during busy seasons. This is a skilled position requiring a dedicated individual who pays attention to details and takes pride in their work.
The Cooperative operates under the "all hands-on deck" philosophy when it comes to getting things done. Therefore, employees are required to perform all other duties as directed by the supervisor.

The Enlisted College has a requirement for technical and professional services support to execute education technology management services and the communications continuum from Sergeants to Advanced School. The Guest Service Representative is responsible for exceptional guest sales and service at the front desk and in the evening executes all tasks and systems to support the efficient delivery of guest satisfaction throughout the day. This includes sales and reservations via phone and in person, guest check in and out, guidance for guests in dining and directions, and the commitment to consistently wowing our guests with the quality of your service and our award winning hotels. Schedules require rotating weekend shifts. Night shift includes billing, inventories, laundry, movement of goods throughout the building, audits, and any task necessary for the efficient operations of the hotel.
