- Ability to work a flexible 10am-7pm shift depending upon business needs.
- Will participate in regularly assigned 24/7 on-call rotation and temporary shift changes due to product version roll-out or business needs.
- Lead and support the team to ensure targeted service and performance standards are achieved.
- Coordinate, schedule, and assign team members as required to meet department operational hours and duties.
- Report on performance and service metrics.
- Receive customer satisfaction issues and escalated support tickets and resolve them in a cost-effective manner that leaves the customer satisfied.
What we ask of you:
- BS or BA preferred.
- 5+ years of proven technical support working specifically with integrated hardware and software products and network connectivity in a support desk environment.
- Pharmacy and/or healthcare experience preferred.
- 3+ years supervising a technical support team is preferred.
- Firm understanding of ERP and CRM systems (Syteline & Salesforce.com are currently used).
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments.
- Experience supporting web-based software applications.
- Strong team skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external groups as part of various initiatives.
- Demonstrated expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management and communication skills.

I. Job Summary
You will apply moderately complex to complex principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports, and coordinate the implementation of accounting control.
You will be responsible for multiple locations and will be the financial partner with the District Operations Management Team. You will travel to these sites approximately one week out of the month - some same day/some overnight.
You will join a talented and experienced team of four other Accountants at our Canal Winchester, OH location. Your manager and your extended team of nine other Accountants are based at our Wixom, MI and Lombard, IL offices.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by location.
Prepares moderately complex journal entries for entry into the general ledger system on a monthly basis by collecting necessary data, analyzing and/or allocating costs and preparing audit train support for the journal entries.
Analyzes general ledger accounts for accuracy; analyzes accrual accounts to ensure proper accruals.
Collects and analyzes financial data and prepares monthly combined financial statements and reports. Performs additional analysis for explanatory text required for reports and statement. Coordinates preparation of monthly financial package and reviews for accuracy.
Participates in monthly financial meetings for discussion and review of monthly financial reports.
Assists with the preparation of year-end closings. Prepares annual long-term and short-term financial statements in compliance with accounting guidelines and U.S. GAAP. Assists in the preparation of working papers for annual audit.
Provides guidance to other Finance personnel for proper internal and external financial accounting procedures and their application.
Assists with the preparation of annual budgets, updates, and strategic plans for assigned areas. Coordinates preparation of monthly combining entries to combine financial results.
Prepares quarterly consolidation report for consolidation.
Assists with the maintenance and application of internal controls.
Prepares moderately complex financial reports in a timely and accurate manner; and completes individual analytical projects in a satisfactory manner given abstract project guidelines.
