About Canary Technologies
Canary Technologies provides a digital solution for collecting credit card authorization forms . Today, hotels utilize a paper process for collecting credit card authorization forms. This process is manual, not PCI compliant, and makes for a terrible guest experience. Credit card auth forms are used for bookings such as:
- group sales (i.e. couple needs to pay a deposit for a wedding room block),
- third party bookings ( an employer needs to pay for an employees room while not being present),
- stay enhancements (e.g. a friend sends another friend a bottle of champagne)
Hotels love using our digital solution as it:
- Drives efficiency & productivity hotel staff
- Enhances the guest experience (no :more printing out, scanning, and faxing)
- Reduces chargebacks & fraud
- Manages PCI compliance guidelines and liability
