Job Summary The Canvas Specialist position within TROY Online, located in Troy, Alabama is responsible for providing efficient trouble-shooting support for the end-users (faculty, students, and System Administrators) of the Canvas interface, and maintaining constant contact with Canvas Application Service Providers (ASP) through phone conference and trouble ticket submissions to provide and ensure the integrity of the Blackboard interface.

Utilizing the HR Practices Self-Assessment Questionnaire and the content developed in the HR Training Strategy referenced above, Contractor shall: Create differentiated online modules for the following audiences: HR professionals in large/Medium Schools; Administrative staff whose function involves HR-related activities in smaller districts.
Collaborate on the creation of the modules with Client, and agency through a periodic schedule of regular meetings (in person, telephone or electronically)
Address a variety of learning styles and methodologies including instructional videos, narration, self-reflective exercises, small group facilitation, etc.
Modules shall be delivered in a Canvas course format to be tested on the Client Canvas LMS Instance, and hosted in Learning Space Canvas LMS Instance and shall be uploaded to that site for review and approval prior to the contract completion due date. All final content shall be ADA compliant and SCORM compatible.
Ensure online modules are easily accessible by internet to all school staff in Washington’s K-12 public education system.
Delivery may include desktop computers, tablets, mobile phones, etc.
Consider narration. Audio description and captioning is required by WCAG 2.0.

The Social Worker incorporates and maintains a professional practice pattern that includes psychosocial functioning, adaptation to illness, post hospital planning, and psychosocial assessment/evaluation and facilitates services to refer to community agencies, financial planning and provision of information and resource knowledge.
The Social Worker demonstrates ability to provide social work services to patient, family members and significant others in five areas: 1) psychological functioning 2) adaptation to illness, injury, disability 3) complex post hospital planning 4) psychosocial assessment/evaluation and 5) facilitation services such as referral community agencies financial planning, and provision of information and resource knowledge.
The Social Worker identifies and intervenes in suspected abuse, including sensitivity to age specific concerns: physical/emotional/sexual abuse of children and adolescents: domestic abuse for adults; caretaker/institutional abuse for senior adults.
The Social Worker provides an in-depth comprehensive psychosocial assessment of the patient and their support system. Identifies and intervenes regarding specific age and developmental issues for: infants, toddlers, adolescents, early/middle age adults and older adults.
Participates in community outreach and marketing through: public speaking, in services, workshops, conferences and community presentations.
The Social Worker identifies cases with exceptional discharge delays for review by team, Physician Advisor and/or Director.
