ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To recruit, train, develop, motivate and lead the direct sales team on site managing all employee relations issues in line with company policy

To ensure that the site photography operation is fully resourced; producing and managing staff schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels, adhering to relevant legislation.
Processing stock orders to maintain stock levels whilst ensuring accuracy of all media stock records.
To reach and maintain an appropriate level of competence with regard to the operation of the registers and photography operating systems; ensuring that all equipment is used correctly, including print media.
To communicate readily and openly with staff, ensuring that they have appropriate levels of information in order to maximize their potential and that of the business; conduct or delegate daily briefing sessions.
To set budgets and targets; including revenue targets.
To minimize the cost of sales by accurately managing stock, staffing costs and loss prevention.
