Production Operator – TS Filling
The Production Operator is responsible for performing any combination of the following: prepares processes, inspects, and packages commodities and/or finished product. Monitors and responds to basic functioning needs of area equipment, i.e. line speed, feeding product, line clearances, loading or unloading materials. This person is expected to adhere to all SOPs, cGMPs, plant quality, safety, and documentation systems requirements. The Production Operator will clean equipment and work area.
Perform various functions of a highly repetitive nature while maintaining concentration of task.
Adhere to all gowning/uniform requirements in assigned area.
Keep accurate records and production logs, as well as complete batch records as required.
Process, inspect, and/or package commodities thru various processing stages.
Operate minor assembly type machines in or out of clean room type environment.
Operate forklift/or pallet jack as necessary.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- CDA certification is required and can be obtained once in the role.
Preferred qualifications include:
- 12 Months experience in a pharmaceutical, cGMP, manufacturing, industrial or other regulated environment, OR;
- Maintenance, electrical, industrial, or biotech certification.
Stand up to 10-12 hours per shift, twist at waist 20 times per hour, regularly lift up to 35 pounds per activity 20 times per shift, occasionally lift a maximum of 50 pounds per activity 1- times per shift, occasionally may lift over 50 pounds with assistance, walk, climb stairs, climb ladders/walk on catwalks, repetitive use of upper extremities.
Use computer terminal 2 hours per shift, respond to visual warning indicators, respond to audible indicators, respond to color or special visual indicators, work around moving equipment, work on knees occasionally, wear specialized protective clothing, wear PPE (safety shoes/glasses/etc.), work in hot or cold environment, work in hearing conservation area.

Role is a third shift role. You are willing to occasionally work 1st or 2nd shifts and work a staggered schedule.
Software proficiency in SAP software is preferred.

The Maintenance Lead is responsible for ensuring that all SOPs are followed exactly as written and assist departments in achieving all KOMs including the plant TRR goal. The Lead will be responsible for direct technical and functional work of maintenance employees on respective shift. The Lead must be willing to work an adjusted schedule including weekends. Other responsibilities will include ensuring completion of shift's assigned PM's and other work orders, correctly and on time. A key responsibility is to interface with customers and ensure proper service is being provided by the shift. The Lead will also assist in ensuring that proper procedures for planning and work orders are followed and assisting maintenance employees as needed. The Maintenance Lead will also assist the supervisor by developing employees and monitoring performance.

The Cracker Machine Operator is responsible for operating mixing laminator to machine/sheet raw dough to a specified thickness. Cut/form dough sheet to a specified shape and weight. Keep work area clean and organized.

Create and maintain Documented Work Instructions (DWI) as needed.
To utilize Work Sample Boards, Electronic Print Room, Workmanship Standards, Inter and Intra dept. procedures, Electronic Work Orders, and dispatch
Set up, operate, maintain and perform minor troubleshooting on injection molding machines and support equipment such as sprue pickers, mold temperature controllers, conveyors, plastic resin drying and handling systems, mold dies, computers, etc.
Perform molding process adjustment and troubleshooting to insure products produced are visually and dimensionally acceptable.
Compete certification in Routsis plastic injection molding program annually and complete any other training required.
The mold cell operator runs and maintains the mold machine production. Workers load/unload dies into machines by pushing/pulling the dies on an automated lift device. 55 lbs bags of product are lifted and loaded into the bins, Workers climb portable staircases to gather the product and other items. Several machines are monitored at one time; workers set up the machine using a control panel and other switches/buttons, product is monitored as is fills cases on the floor and the case is dumped as it fills.
The operator changes the presses 1 to 1.5 hours per shift, sorts and assembles parts 5.5 to 6.5 hours per shift

The Press Operator along with Plant 1 Press Lead or Shift Supervisor make up the normal two man crew required to operate the presses that vulcanize the uncured rubber coated fabric, in a timed heat pressure cure, to produce conveyor belting.
