Assess marketing potential of new and existing locations considering statistical data, profitability and expenditures. Recommend Dealer changes and new locations within Distributor territory.
Plan, organize, direct and control the functions of the Distributor Sales Division through subordinates at the Regional Sale Manager level and with the Utility/Industrial Unit Manager.
Forecast and manage Distributor and Utility Sales budget, new car inventory and new car production from YMMC.
Monitor profitability while assisting the Regional Sales Group, Customer Support Group, Accounting and Export Sales departments.
Follow department guidelines as they are developed and periodically updated by management.
Attend various functions like, but not limited to, The PGA, Golf Industry, Golf Inc, CMAA, NGCOA Shows, The Annual Business Summit and various Distributor events.
Other tasks as assigned
High School Diploma or Equivalent. College or Industry Experience Preferred.
At least two years in leading a sales team.
Experience with selling into a captive Dealer channel is preferred.
Experience in selling products such as our utility vehicle is also highly preferred.

The Director of Sales, Distributor Sales is responsible for the direction and management of all domestic distributor sales and business development operations, including market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, and distribution and channel strategy.

This position is responsible for providing technical support services as the primary contact for external customers, internal customers and sales associates. The focus of this role is to provide on-site support for all MDNA products though out North America. This position requires informing all individuals of all product updates.

Sales Account Executive - Direct And Distributor Sales
State Cleaning Solutions, a leader in supplying chemical cleaning solutions to the hospitality and healthcare marketplace is looking for a Sales Account Executive. State Cleaning Solutions supplies programs that help our customers improve results, reduce costs, and improve service. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for market growth, selling warewashing, laundry and housekeeping solutions to customers such as restaurants, hotels and health care.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales target
Work direct and distributor business channels
Develop and execute business and marketing plans for assigned distributors
Prospect and obtain customers to achieve target sales growth
Recognize sales opportunities and implement sales strategies
Build rapport and cultivate relationships with distributor representatives and customers through professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Provide outstanding customer service by leading and educating customers throughout the sales process
Completed High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience
Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Proven negotiation and presentation skills
Proven relationship management, communication and consulting skills
Effective organizational, planning and time management
Ability to solve problems and devise solutions for customers
Self-motivation with drive for results
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in an industry that employs route sales/service representatives (e.g. chemical, uniform, food service, etc.).

Answer minor and complex questions on Safeguard manufacturing capabilities & pricing
Provide quote proposals on products manufactured by Safeguard and Strategic Partners
Handle an average of 30 calls per day
Assist Distributor with calls regarding order status on any order, prospect verification, and base negative information, pricing discrepancies & manufacturing capabilities
Give accurate regular or rush scheduled delivery dates for all products
Handle basic problem solving and complaints from Distributors
Assist with artwork questions in relation to manufacturing capabilities and what is acceptable format for composition
Understand the price incentive codes, how they work and when to apply them
Provide information on news releases, catalog and promotions
Utilize Siebel, PIMS, Smart Quote, AS/400, CMS & OMS systems
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center/customer service environment required
Experience with direct customer interaction
Systems: AS400, CMS, Siebel, Excel
Complies with work requirements related to attendance and notice of absence, general conduct and following work direction
Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Strong written and verbal communication skills – Active listening skills
Ability to work successfully with minimal supervision
Detail oriented with multi-tasking ability
Ability to handle high volume workload with high degree of accuracy
Pleasant phone voice with the ability to develop rapport quickly over the phone
Strong follow up skills
Possess strong math and typing skills

Experience working in a sales environment with distributors &/or franchisees
