In this role, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities involving the sales and marketing of manufactured products, and services for Distributor and Utility sales channels. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales, service, accounting and record keeping of YGC sales.
Review shipping and receiving of YGC products for potential efficiency improvements. Attend various functions like, but not limited to, The PGA, Golf Industry, Golf Inc, CMAA, NGCOA Shows, The Annual Business Summit and various Distributor events.

At least two years in leading a sales team. Experience with selling into a captive Dealer channel is preferred. Experience in selling products such as our utility vehicle is also highly preferred.

Water Treatment Sales: Dosing Pumps & Pretreatment Equipment – This position will focus on selling chemical dosing (metering) pumps, pretreatment equipment (water softeners, dealkalizers, etc.) and centrifugal pumps to chemical water treatment companies, as well other water treatment equipment and systems to other industrial customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for building new business and new relationships throughout the mid-Atlantic region, specifically the Philadelphia metro area, including its suburbs, much of New Jersey and Delaware.

An Asphalt Distributor Operator typically performs a wide variety of tasks, transferring from one task to another as the work flow dictates. An Asphalt Distributor Operator consists of operating an asphalt distributor by applying specialize emulsions to roadways, which are then covered by a chip spreader. Understand and execute paving procedures while following instructions to meet the standards of the project
Commercial Driver License (CDL) A or B with N-tanker & X-hazmat endorsement as well as an acceptable driving record
Drives and operates distributor truck equipped with tank to spray asphalt emulsions on road surfaces
Connects hose from storage tank to truck tank and moves lever to fill pressure tank with asphalt liquid
Regulate burner to heat liquid and start auxiliary pump
Snap or screw on spray bars to attain required width of spray
Turn valve to regulate flow of material at specified rate and adjust levers to adjust height of spray bar from road surface
Monitor flow gages, tachometer and temperature gauge to insure uniform distribution
Perform daily safety checks of fluid levels on oil, water, fuel and inspections for leaks and damage to machine before operation
Responsible for daily maintenance of equipment to remain in proper and safe working order
Responsible for notifying supervisor if equipment needs to be repaired
Understand and execute different emulsions
Shifts may vary according to project demands
