Work in a fast pace environment transporting product into dryer to remove excess water from product. Conduct this process safely and efficiently to maintain production flow + Assist a suspended stainless steel barrel of produce on a hydraulic hoist. Transport dry product to the hopper for transportation to the bagger + Follow all Food Safety requirements and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) + Ensure conformance to company standards and customer specifications + Assist in cleanliness of general work area

The physical demands ofthis position are representative of those that must be met by an associate tosuccessfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing theduties of this job the associate is primarily asked to stand and walk. Light,periodic lifting will be required.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds and must beable to multi-task in a fast paced, noisy environment. Must be able to push byutilizing up to 40 pounds of force. Some specific jobs within operation mayrequire lifting up to 45 pounds.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Basket Dumper is responsible for dumping filled baskets of cooked potatoes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Keeping product flow at an optimal level by assuring proper potato supply.
Recording cook information so that you account for all dumped pallets.
Recording usage and waste information.
Setting-up dump room equipment according to the products scheduled to run.
Assuring proper documentation of all testing records and measurements.
Effectively communicating relevant information to fellow employees on the shift and to on-coming employees at shift change.
Communicating all process inefficiencies, equipment malfunctions, safety concerns and GMP issues to the department Lead and/or Supervisor.
Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP’s, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: No prior experience or training.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers.

· Responsible for operating a JOY style center steer shuttle car in an underground mine. Transport material from working face to feeders.

Required to produce a quality product per print specifications with little supervision. Loading and checking work product and making the necessary offset changes to keep work product on size.

- Minimum 3 years current CNC set-up/operator experience required
- Experience using both CNC mills and lathes
- Working knowledge of HAAS equipment
- Able to use Mastercam
- Strong mechanical aptitude of CNC machine operations

- Can read and interpret print drawings and use precision measuring equipment
- Able to perform general math calculations
