The Public Areas Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Lobby, Pool, Public areas, back of the house and offices. In addition, the Public Space Attendant refreshes and maintains the cleanliness of the public bathrooms around the hotel and performs special projects for the Housekeeping Staff and does so without disrupting any of the daily functions of the hotel or without disturbing guests.

2.Maintains supply levels in the public areas, i.e. pads and pencils, toilet paper, and Kleenex. Maintains and cleans all public washrooms, checking twice each hour. Makes routine checks of all public areas to ensure cleanliness. Maintains the cleanliness of all windows, glass, and doors in public and employee areas. (20%)
3.Checks elevators, pool area, mops floors, cleans carpets, and polishes brass as necessary. Maintains elevator tracks. Performs cleaning tasks in public areas, including vacuuming, sweeping, moping, and collecting garbage. (20%)
4.Clean public and employee restrooms and showers. Clean floor surfaces in public or employee space using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment. (10%)
5.Post caution signs to limit traffic when necessary. Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs. Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. (10%)

HOP Outreach Aide
The Hmong Program Aide's role is to provide support and supervision to the children enrolled in the After School Program and to work closely with the HOP Director and leaders in implementing the program on a daily basis. This is a part time position without benefits and has a workweek expectation of 19 hours per week.

Overview of Position:
This entry –level position primary job is to wash the exterior and interior of a vehicle according to the customer's wishes. These tasks may involve a simple shampoo, vacuum or more specific work like cleaning the trunk, ashtray or engine. This position is expected to work long hours with frequent standing and moving, and be exposed to extreme heat or cold and usually work weekends and holidays.

Our part-time Service Agent positions require a commitment of 20-25 hours/week depending on the schedule.
The Service Agent is responsible for the care and maintenance of the cars on the lot. This includes vacuuming and prepping the cars, shuttling cars to and from car washes and dealerships for servicing, car transports to and from offices, checking fluid levels, and changing tires.
