PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Operates equipment used to manufacture products.
Weighs, measures and checks raw materials to ensure that batches manufactured contain proper ingredients in proper quantities. Maintains inventory records of raw materials used in batch manufacturing. Keeps accurate and up-to-date batch records and data sheets on batches in-process.
Performs in-process tests (such as hardness, weight, variation, pH and moisture content) to ensure that batches meet specifications. Recognizes equipment and product problems, notifies supervisor and/or troubleshoots errors in order to achieve optimum production levels. Requires Heavy lifting from 55lbs to 80 lbs on a daily basis. Need to be able to work independently, have good computer skills and communication skills.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Grind steel parts, carbide tips and inserts. Remove excess stock from outside dimensions of sintered carbide blanks. Inspect a variety of carbide products to assure Kennametal and customer specifications are met. Pack and prepare various products for shipment. Perform miscellaneous utility duties for Carbide department.
This position works under the supervision of the Supervisor - Manufacturing, or in his/her absence, the designee. Duties are performed without constant supervision. Assignments are made daily and results are reviewed daily or as needed.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
This position requires: (1) a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma; (2) completion of basic math, blueprint reading and gauge-reading training; and, (3) ability to understand written and oral instructions and communicate with supervisors and coworkers; and, (4) a forklift operator's license.
Six months of manufacturing experience is preferred.
Based upon metrics established by respective department.
KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Safety: Perform pre-operation checks for machines. Perform safety inspections required for individual machines and associated equipment. (i.e., tow motors)
Enter inserts for shipment into electronic system.
Green form inserts as called out on shop orders.
Surface grind sintered inserts as required by shop order.
Clean or blast inserts as called out in procedures.

The Carbide Die Maker layout and plans sequence of operations for fabrication and assembly of carbide dies. Troubleshoots setup heading parts and performs reworking of dies; Process methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards.

Able to identify, perform and troubleshoot tooling operations in manufacturing for improved quality and tooling life.

Duties & Responsibilities:
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with pep, personality and people skills. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, providing world-class customer service and executing fast and accurate pizza making skills.
Your job responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):
Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile (yes, you even have to smile when you answer the phone)!
Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures.
Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance within the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
Other duties as assigned.

The good news is we can teach you how to answer the phone and make a perfect pizza. But here are a few skills you should have to be a successful Customer Service Representative:
Happy customers keep us in business. You've to be a fun and friendly person, who is comfortable talking to strangers.
The team is what makes working in our store fun. You have to be a team player who is on time every day with a great attitude!
Our stores are open 365 days a week. Yes, that's right even on the weekends and the holidays; that's when we are busiest! While you're schedule is pretty flexible, you have to be willing to work when the team needs you the most.
You have to be at least 16 years old.

Powder Coat Loader
The Power Coat Loader loads and unloads parts on the Powder Coat line overhead conveyor.
Selects proper hanging devices
Uses crane to handle heavy parts
Identifies parts related to work orders
Occasionally drives forklift to move product
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 1 year of related experience
Ability to read and follow work orders and numerical instructions
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
