Constantly patrols all parts of all machinery and checks for quality defects on section and makes overhauls, repairs, or adjustments as needed.
Perform all "check lists" type duties on style changes, new warps and maintenance looms. Supervisor may assign assistance as deemed necessary.
Performs preventive maintenance procedures on looms. Records all action on the proper forms, takes corrective action or makes recommendations for repair.
Inspect machine malfunction and woven cloth to locate problems, determine work to be done, repair, clean, adjust, lubricate, etc. as required to correct malfunction.
Repairs or replaces defective parts, adjusts tension and timing of parts using hand tools.
Levels and aligns parts to prevent excessive wear.
Assists the warp changer personnel on cleaning and start-up of looms at warp out.
Will perform routine cleaning duties.
Blow off designated looms once per shift to keep them free of dust, scrap, etc.
May be required to run a set of looms at times when we are short a weaver due to vacations, sickness, etc.
Assist weaver as needed in repairing stops and creeling fill yarn.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES:Mandatory – Must be able to read and write in manner indicated on application.Preferred – Weaving and good mechanical aptitude.
Loom Technician is responsible for necessary repairs and maintenance on needle looms
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and adjust settings or repair/replace parts on loom if flagged, and document corrective actions.
Schedule any major breakdowns into normal work week (such as rebuilding heads, cam shafts, crankshafts, shuttle motions, etc.)
Perform preventive maintenance (change oil and Kaiser heads, cleaning) as required.
Lubricate loom based on lubrication schedule.
Perform scheduled inspection and maintenance on looms.
Notify supervisor of any problems or parts/materials needed.
Prepare looms and assist on style changes by building patterns and checking beam tensions, harnesses, and heads.
Adjust beam tension to control width, breaks and loom performance.
Regular, predictable, reliable attendance is required.
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.
Use proper safety equipment and follow safety procedures (i.e., lockout/tagout).
Understand and follow quality policy and work instructions.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and organize parts, tools, and equipment.
Install or relocate machinery as needed.
Assist in other areas within the Weaving operation.
Clean up around work area when job is complete.

Maintenance - Battery Changer
This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Elavon is currently seeking a Card Brand Manager, who will manage the relationship with the card brand, will be a part of the team that handles key aspects of day-to-day relationship management with payment brands, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and UnionPay. This role serves as a key liaison and an escalation resource between these partners and Elavon. Team members function as subject matter experts on card brand rules and services, help educate multiple internal customer-facing and partner-facing teams, and communicate relevant information to the rest of the Elavon organization.
The successful candidate will support relationship management functions for one or more of the payment brands. He or she will interface with internal teams including, but not limited to, Sales Support, Partner Support, Operations, Product, and Customer Account Management to provide clarity on acceptance best practices, rules and requirements, and to inform of new products and services. Additionally, the candidate will work with the card brand partners and internal stakeholders in support of mutually beneficial goals to improve, expand and enhance payment acceptance.

Establishes and maintains relationships with key points of contact within payment brands
Serves as the subject matter expert to handle inbound queries related to payment brand rules, requirements, and products and services, researching as needed and interfacing with payment organizations (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, UnionPay) for further clarification as needed;
Develops communications, such as FAQs, on key topics to convey critical information to client and partner support teams, sales, and other stakeholders, and presents information via webinars or other presentation mechanisms as needed;
