In this role you will:
Responsible for relaying information to vendors and other internal teams in easily understood terms for both technology and business.
Liaise with the business, development team, vendors and technology on an ongoing basis. Responsible for effective communication to all business partners and users to ensure that critical strategic decisions are vetted and well thought out prior to implementation.
Evaluate data gathered from multiple servicing and other source systems reconcile differences, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to understand and distinguish optional user requests from what is required.
Conduct user acceptance testing as it relates to the solution.
Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers.
Advises and leads in the planning and implementation of projects and strategic initiatives for Payment Solutions.
Drives business team members to define business needs through utilization of effective elicitation techniques.
Evaluates data gathered from multiple sources, reconciles differences, and ensures consistent approaches, data interpretation, and results measurements are employed. * LI-KJ1

Reviews new account and product applications and supporting documentation from branches, loan officers, and customers for completeness and appropriateness prior to set up.
Detects and suggests potential feature enhancements for the customer during this process. Processes monetary and non-monetary transactions generated from various functions within the department on multiple systems. Ensures the daily “product” produced by the department is maintained at a high level.
Assists department personnel with system or product questions related to the sales process and/or issues. Provides procedural solutions to resolve problems and enhance operations/efficiencies. Stays current on operational, products, industry requirements, changes, updates, etc., and acts as the resident product expert Works with various vendors to resolve operation and/or product issues and enhancements as well as implementing new features/functionality.
Provides backup and assistance for various tasks and projects as needed. Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.
High School diploma or equivalency required. 3-4 years relevant experience.
Preferred knowledge skills and experience: Experience within the credit card industry helpful. Experience with the processes/procedures related to underwriting helpful.
Behavioral/Technical Skills: Experience with learning/understanding detailed system/products. Ability to find practical resolutions to operations/systems related issues in a timely and organized manner.
Strong customer service skills including training and problem resolution. Ability to identify areas in need of improvement and to make viable recommendations for system and operational/procedural changes. Ability to work effectively with department staff and management Strong interpersonal and communication skills are needed to communicate effectively with staff, management and outside contacts.

Operate high speed card production equipment. Meet pre-established service level agreements and regulatory requirements.
Complete daily production reports and various other reporting functions. Operating other various types of production equipment, machines used to process other specialized related work and computer peripheral equipment. 1 year Data Card Operator experience. Successfully meet production goals in accordance to service level agreement.
Provide continuous production through managing operation of equipment including replacing required stock items, machine upkeep and maintaining an organized work space. Resolve equipment issues by placing and recording service calls when required. Able to operate forklift, dollies, hand trucks and other miscellaneous equipment.
