Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Promotes excellent customer relations by networking within geographic territory, telemarketing, and direct mail and email campaigns.
Will be accountable for individual sales goals that will be measured monthly, quarterly and annually as outlined in one's annual business objective.
Provides expertise for player promotions, customer acquisition and enhancement of customer service experience.
Promotes trip frequency by supporting all special events and company promotions.
Responsible for planning and executing VIP player programming, including onsite and offsite events, exclusive promotions, rewards incentives and onsite experience management.
Leads reactivation efforts and monitors player attrition rate to ensure Canterbury Park retains and recaptures lapsed players.
Serves in host capacity for assigned players.
Responsible for controlling expenses in line item budget for the Player Development department.
Participates in developing goals and objectives for short and long term goals.
Manage, train and coach executive host(s) to fulfill the player development strategy.
Prepare and maintain promotional & marketing cost analysis, and pro-formas for all player development programs.
Reviews and communicates the results of analysis reports including but not limited to, theoretical and actual hold percent, complimentary percentages of theoretical and actual, potential profit and actual profit margins.
Maintain visual presence on card casino floor as much as possible.
Ability to work collaboratively with company employees and be a role model for the company culture.
