Hours/Days and Pay:
1st shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm $14.00
2nd shift: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm $14.50
3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:00am $14.50
Feeding cardboard into machines and stacking the product coming out of machines. There is a lot of twisting and turning along with consistent lifting of 20 pounds.
Must be able to read a tape measurer down the 1/16th of an inch.

Position Description Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all store areas, inside and out, such as bathrooms, break rooms, sprinklers, and parking lots. The Insert Operator is responsible for set up, operate and troubleshoot automatic mail inserting machines. Also responsible for ensuring personal production meets and/or exceeds our client's expectation for productivity, timeliness and quality.
- Ability to manually handle and load large quantities of envelopes and paper into paper and envelope Feeders
- Ability to squat to change folding plates on the machine and perform job setups on the machine
- Ability to minor troubleshoot machine for malfunctions
- Ability to perform various setups to machine according to a Production Control Form
- Place finished material into USPS mail trays and sort mail according to a manifest.
- Machine is a one-person operation and operator is responsible for the sorting and strapping of completed trays.
- Perform frequent quality checks during operation
- Complete all required paperwork or system entries such as scanning
- Ability to work required hours during peak production time

Complete Yellowbelt Training and required project. Loads correct program onto machine by selecting the correct program, fixture, stencil, and paste. Watch for expired paste. Knows how to start up and shut down machine per procedure. Must clean stencil and scan into Valor. Verify stencil stop. Send 1 raw panel through SPI or GSI and verify it matches flaws on PAI. Fill out verification and tracking log, send down line to next process. Knowledge of GSI and SPI.
6 months +
- Cross train on 3-5 other jobs within the team/shift
Participate in 6 month and one year review process
Keep personal data up to date and accurate in ESS
Follow all handbook practices
Maintain attendance record with less than 2% absenteeism rate
Work effectively as a team with other members of the line/group
