What You Will Do

Assigns, directs, educates and monitors nursing and support staff during assigned shift. Contributes to or performs performance evaluations of staff.
Assesses daily patient care needs and develops and distributes patient care assignments, ensuring that population appropriate patient care is given.
Evaluates the effectiveness of patient care and identifies any issues that affect desired patient outcomes.
Responds to complaints about patient care and manages through established channels.
May provide input for hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff.
What You Will Need
BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing .

In order to staff the projects that it has on the books for 2017, the Company is adding to its field craft (all trades) workers.
The position involves a variety of tasks, including welding, building forms and forming systems for concrete, operating basic hand tools and small powered equipment, and everything else that a carpenter does in the heavy civil field. The job is physical and messy (which you already know if you are applying for this position!) and provides the reward of actually building something and seeing the progress throughout the project.
While the Company has built a backlog of work in its core regions, employees that are willing to travel to project sites have the best opportunity of staying busy year round and earning the most money. The Company pays a solid per diem for all travel in excess of 120 miles from the home office location. Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities
- Previous knowledge of civil construction, concrete works and steel fixing are essential along with a solid understanding of form work carpentry.
- Position and secure steel bars or mesh in concrete forms in order to reinforce concrete. Use a variety of fasteners, rod-bending machines, blowtorches, and hand tools. Includes rod busters.
- Ability to read blueprints and be proficient in measuring and cutting
- Willingness to learn and follow all safety policies and requirements
- Ability to work hard all day, in good and bad weather, and occasionally deal with stressful situations
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- This position requires climbing, kneeling, bending, and crawling often as well as the ability to work on ladders, platforms, and mechanical lifts

The Southern Region is currently hiring Finish Carpenters that specilize in doors and hardware for the Atlanta area. These individuals will need experience on large commercial construction projects. The Carpenter role is essential and assists the project team in ensuring timely and successful completion of construction projects.
Working with concrete crew on and around concrete forms assisting with concrete placements
Place and finish paving, SOG, walls, footings and sidewalks
Use hand tools, shovels, picks, saws and drills.
Hang off forms using appropriate fall protection while fastening forms together
Install embed and anchor bolts
Working with buckets and pump truck to place concrete
Finish concrete to meet tolerances
Use bull float and trowel to finish the surface
Use broom to achieve broom finish if necessary
