Senior Carpet Cleaning Technician
The Senior Carpet Cleaning Technician is responsible for providing quality carpet and upholstery cleaning and other related services to customers. This position supervises Technicians on all pre-assigned jobs, as well as additional services purchased by the customer while in the home.
Ensures safe driving of Company vehicles to the next scheduled appointment
Surveys and discusses in detail with the customer any services to be completed
Explains and sells as many additional services that the customer may desire, including additional carpet and upholstery cleaning, carpet protector, deodorizer and spotter
Ensures that all pre-assigned jobs are successfully completed
Completes and reviews invoices with the customer and secures payment for service
Determines the Technician has properly secured all equipment in truck
Telephones the next customer to alert them of time of arrival and shares with dispatch
Remains constantly aware during the course of the day of supervisory responsibility toward the Technician to proper training to complete job assignments
Completes all paperwork upon returning to the branch, and turns in all invoices, payments and charges to designated person
Assists the manager with the on-the-job training and development of new Technicians
Performs other duties as assigned

Based at: Utah County
To follow a system of accountability when cleaning, sustaining and maintaining carpeted and tile flooring.
Schedule: Monday through Sunday, variable hours

Level: Entry (No experience required)
Technicians work anywhere from 20-40+ hours/week. Shifts include daytime, evening, and weekend hours. (the candidate needs to have a flexible schedule)
Technicians will be stripping and waxing floors, scrubbing and buffing floors, and cleaning carpets, as well as helping out with emergency work.
Able to carry and lift up to 75 pounds.
Technicians are responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness with their appearance. They must be clean shaven, earrings removed, tattoos (if any) covered up, hair combed, clean pants and shirt with shirt tucked in.
Technicians are also responsible for maintaining and reporting on a daily basis the truck maintenance, along with chemical used and reporting any broken equipment.
Technicians must be hard working, self-motivated, and friendly.
Technicians must be flexible in schedule, and from time to time, go up and down stairs on a daily basis. Most days employees will be on their feet for 8 hours or more.
Technicians must have reliable transportation to get to and from different work sites or to be able to report to the warehouse for a ride to the job.
Work tickets must be turned in daily with detail about the job completed.
Technicians must turn in daily all gas receipts with work tickets.
Technicians must clean out on a daily basis filters, used chemical bottles, fans, wands, and any garbage left in the truck.
Technician must attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid in organizational development.
Technicians must manage the chemical usage for each carpet cleaning job.
Maintain and report as necessary all chemical in stock.
Keep clean all equipment, both on the interior and exterior of trucks as well as the premise of the warehouse.

We are looking for Commercial Carpet Cleaning Technicians to join our second shift team. Hours are roughly 4pm-12am during the week and days or evenings on Saturdays.
A typical shift includes, helping to load the van helping verify you have everything needed to serve the customers for the day. Once at the job you will unload and stage equipment, then perform detailed cleaning of carpet, upholstery, and hard surfaces. After helping with cleaning, you will help to ensure all equipment is gathered and reloaded in the truck. After your last stop for the evening you will return to the shop and unload and clean, maintain and put away all equipment, and clean out the van.
Ability to acquire Missouri Class E license or equivalent to drive a cargo van

The Principal Carpet Engineer will serve as Tarkett's subject matter expert (SME) on carpet in the Soft Surface Business. This person is the definitive source of knowledge across all aspects of carpet manufacturing including systems and processes. The successful candidate will function as the organizational ambassador for his/her knowledge area, and applies their expertise to support the organization's vision and strategic direction. In addition, the soft surfaces SME understands, articulates and implements best practices across the manufacturing value streams. He/She will lead or be an active participant of work-groups with the need for specialized knowledge and will be a key contributor to the operational strategy for the business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support to ensure that the strategic industrial projects achieve vertical start up expectations, timeline, expense and capability.
Lead the Capex requirements in terms of:
Lean investments in collaboration with WCM team
Track and assess reuse of existing equipment inside within Tarkett
Support the Purchasing team when purchasing new equipment
Develop equipment standardization proposals
Provide guidance on achieving resolution to an organizational need, growth capacity, innovation etc. and actively participates in all phases relating to the Tarkett NA and global engineering groups

Related knowledge and experience in business management, product development/commercialization, product life cycle, product testing and business process re-engineering are considered beneficial
