Participating in crew meetings, reducing waste, actively participating in team problem solving processes, and maintaining quality standards.
Applicants must be willing to work alternate shifts, weekends, and daily overtime as required.
A high school diploma (or GED) is required. One to two years experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is required. Experience in the corrugated or converting industry is preferred, but not required.

Exercises judgment where appropriate in managing and ensuring the efficient operation of the Forming Department. Held responsible for quality, equipment condition, safety, the efficient operation of the Formers and production scheduling and planning of product to be produced in the Forminng Department.

Hand pack as necessary or when casepacker is malfunctioning. Off-load filled cartons when full carton line is down.
Clean work area by sweeping floors using broom or air hose.
Previous experience working in manufacturing or production preferred.
