We are looking for a Painter/Wood Finisher with little to no experience. Cabinet finishing experience or auto body finishing experience is a PLUS.
Hours are Monday – Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm. Some overtime is required depending on work load.

Responsible for setting paving forms, placing/finishing concrete operating various equipment in addition to performing a variety of construction tasks with assigned team members.
Operate a transit/level to set grade for paving forms, establish sub-grade and set grade pens for finished concrete grade.
Set forms for alleys, streets, driveways, sidewalks, ADA ramps, inlets, curbs and concrete structure improvements.
Place and finish concrete to correct grade to ensure proper drainage and smooth ride quality that adheres to all City, State and Federal Standards.
Perform the following tasks independently and as a team member: place and tie rebar remove paving forms clean debris backfill pavement place, roll and water sod
Operate equipment such as a front-end loader, industrial box blade / loader, skid steer loader and backhoe loader in addition to a variety of power tools such as a hammer drill and ski saw.
Perform pre-trip / post-trip vehicle inspection reports which includes to service and maintain equipment and vehicles.
Attend all required safety training/meetings and obey all safety policies and procedures.
Inspect work site to ensure all traffic control devices are in place, clean and in good working condition.
Operate sanding trucks and aggregate spreaders on bridges, intersections and streets.
Load and deliver traffic control devices for high water events including placement for road closures / monitoring water levels
Perform final clean-up from weather events to ensure alleys and streets are passable for emergency vehicles including tree and debris removal as well as all other general cleanup.
Respond to weather events and emergencies including the ability to work shift schedules when required. Education/ Experience:

Direct and supervise the planning, lay‐out, material storage, maintenance, and inspections of concrete finishing of concrete structures in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes and industry standards. Plan and coordinate the efforts of the lead men and craft workers under his/her supervision and motivate them to accomplish the work safely, correctly and efficiently. Principal Duties and
