MISSION / SUMMARY: Responsible for safely and efficiently staging and moving materials and finished goods, and producing a quality product.
JOB FUNCTIONS: Job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Understand and comply with plant and finishing department rules, regulations, and procedures
Operate forklift to stage loads
Take pallets to and from Warehouse
Keeps corrugated boxes stacked for packers
Keeps corrugation rack clean and stocked
Sets up labeling as needed, as well as, makes labels
Keys finished loads into computer tracking system
Palletizes and wraps loads
Keeps area clean throughout shift
Responsible for understanding and adhering to all GMP, safety, food safety, SQF, HACCP and food defense procedures (training will be provided)
Any other reasonable request from management
BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED
1 or more years' experience operating a forklift
General schedule is an 8 or 12 hour shift, however, employee must be willing to work alternate schedules occasionally; that may include early mornings, nights, and/or weekends and be punctual while doing so
Standing for extended periods of time up to 12-hours.
Lifting up to 20 lbs.
Reading computer screen or other electronic devices
Use of various office hand and electrical tools or equipment

Operator I's are system experts in their assigned area, and are highly functional in multiple areas. Operator I's must also ensure efficiency, operational conformance, product quality and continuous improvement. Functions as a member of an area team which is directly responsible for the efficient production of quality products in the required quantities. Operate specified machinery in the assigned area. Operator I's must have the skill set to train and/or perform the tasks of other associates in the area as needed. This job requires Strong Communication, Interpersonal and Team Building skills to support site objectives.
Performs all assigned activities & job tasks within a line or area
Able to perform jobs consisting of but not limited to: Can Supply, Loader, Unloader, Cooler, Dries, Meat Receiving, Mixer Helper, Filler/Seamer, Meat Table, QA Check, Retort Forklift, Caser and Labler.
Operates equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Takes corrective actions in solving problems to root cause level.
Able to assess equipment operating reliability and perform routine repairs, adjustments and malfunction troubleshooting.
Works with Maintenance to complete equipment PM's.
Able to maintain accurate records of QC checks, production numbers or waste performance.
Keeps detailed log books: Performs all shift support documentation in a quality matter
Performs QC tasks such as metal checks, inspection of date codes, item numbers, dump logs, etc.
Good housekeeping practices shall be followed.
High degree of ownership for product quality: Performs all standard quality checks & other quality related duties. Follow all plan GMP's.
Able to operate a forklift.
Able to operate a computer and utilize the basic standard desktop systems.
Understands principles of inventory control.
Has knowledge of the plant's products and goals.
Understands production schedules, production computer systems, work instructions
Has general knowledge of Mars & the systems used by the business.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Serve in an analytical case support role to investigators and analysts. Provide advanced support in analyzing case data within a big data visualization application. Work with end users to help load data and troubleshoot issues. Capture requirements for future enhancements to the application. Connect with end users to provide training, as requested. Work as a member of an Agile and Scrum team to achieve short– and long–term business objectives
6+ years of experience in an investigative or analytical role focused on advanced data analysis
3+ years of experience with data analysis using data visualization tools and analytical applications
Experience with manipulating a wide variety of data sources, managing data filing, inputting and extracting data from multiple databases and sources, and preparing reports
Experience in assessing caser development, applying operational requirements to find insights from data, and assisting with making determinations for appropriate next steps in casework
Experience with performing operational functions and administrative responsibilities in support of an application
Ability to break down and work on a high–level task with minimal guidance and supervision
Ability to troubleshoot end users issues remotely and provide solutions in a timely manner
Top Secret clearance
BA or BS degree
Experience in coding with Java, OpenGL, or Python
Experience with JIRA
Possession of excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
