PAY RATE INFORMATION:
The Juvenile Court Register is a non-union position and starting pay is $22.5083 / hour. This position is eligible for step pay increases within our Non-Union Grade 7 Wage Scale. Top end of the current wage scale for this position is $29.2608 / hour.
Oversees the receipting, reviewing, entering, and filing of various legal documents and signs and prepares orders, letters, and other documentation based on these legal documents.
Assists in researching legal issues and court rules and developing applicable policies and procedures.
Assists in overseeing department programs by reviewing forms and documents for compliance with operational policies and procedures.
Supervises staff to include: prioritizing and assigning work; conducting performance evaluations; ensuring staff are trained; ensuring that employees follow policies and procedures, and maintains a healthy and safe working environment; and, making hiring, termination, and disciplinary recommendations.
Processes special or unique filings that require specialized knowledge or are of a sensitive nature.
May serve as a Court Clerk or maintain the scheduling of cases.
Responds to difficult or complex questions and concerns from customers, attorneys, and employees regarding the registration and related legal operations.
Prepares a variety of reports that detail department operations or that are required by County, state or federal programs.
Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
Will behave and communicate in a manner that promotes a positive work atmosphere.
Will maintain an awareness to provide a safe and healthy environment and will report all hazards and/or concerns.
Will participate in approved staff development activities, in-services and supervisory sessions.

Loan Servicer - In Office
- Ensures that all closed loans are in compliance with federal, state laws and meet company policies and Investor guidelines.
- Reviews all closed loans for accuracy and completeness ensuring that all conditions have been met and the loans meet the company standard for quality.
- Handles and assists with the clearing of Investor's requirements and requests; prevents and/ or resolves issues as they arise.
- Verifies that all stipulations requested are valid and met to ensure that loans are saleable/purchased.
- Requests and follows up daily with Underwriters/Closers on all outstanding conditions for loans in a “Suspense “status.
- Monitors “Aging Report” from warehouse lender(s) to ensure that loans do not exceed the 15 day threshold set by the company.
- Updates and distributes the “Status Report” to Senior Management daily.
- Keeps Senior Management abreast of any and all Investor related issues.
- Corresponds with escrow agents/title companies to obtain outstanding documents not returned in a timely manner.
- Works independently and prioritizes multiple projects while meeting pre-established deadlines.
- Assists with other aspects of the Closing/Post Closing process on an as-needed basis.
- Monitors all assigned loans.
- Coordinate with the Broker, Escrow Officer/Closing Agent, and Title Officer to request and ensure receipt of all items required to fund a file.
- Input of property loan information in the loan monitoring system as information is gathered.
- Coordinate with the Broker Escrow Officer/Closing Agent and Title Officer to work through issues that may slow/stop a loan from closing.
- Prepare and ensure all loan documents are complete, accurate, verified and compliant with TCP policies.
- Coordinate with the Underwriting Department in the event loan terms have changed during the closing process.
- Monitor the loan file through funding and receipt of original loan documents.
- Meet crucial deadlines requested.
- Works with vendors to collect required documentation for files for closing.
- Coordinates between the title and closing attorney for the collection of required documentation.
- Engage an attorney to prepare legal loan documents.
- Works with Title Company to coordinate title work and manage closings for real estate loans.
- Requests adjustments to documents and settlement statements and engage the appropriate parties when needed.
- Follows up on Insurance information and verifies it is paid at or before closing.
- Communicates with insurance agents for appropriate endorsements and proof of payment as required by TCP.
- Coordinates and performs loan closings of small loans in the branch.
- Enters and updates information into pipeline, updates information accurate and timely.
- Communicate with loan operations, title companies, escrow, closing agents and/or borrowers/3rd parties to resolve issues prior to closing.
- Scans documentation as needed into the Loan Operations System (LOS).
- Cross train on other post-closing functions as needed.
- Review all loan documents for completeness and accuracy prior to sending to underwriting manager including the closing checklist.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Light Rail Servicer (Rail Cleaner)
Under direct supervision of LRV Supervision, the LRV Servicer will clean and service METRO Light Rail Vehicles, Rail Facility and Rail components in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
Position Hours: 7:30 pm - 4:00 am
Responsibilities and Specific Duties
Clean Light Rail Vehicles to include flooring, windows, passenger seats, operator cabs, interior panels, lighting fixtures, return air grills and vehicle ducting.
Checks and maintain appropriate levels of washer fluid and sand.
Performs detailed cleaning on Light Rail Vehicle and components as required.
Cleans and scrubs Rail Facility to include floors, pits and wash racks as assigned.
Responsible for safe handling of yard scrubbing equipment, shop scrubbers, forklifts and other specialized equipment.
Dispose of trash, debris and other material as assigned.
Operates METRO Rail non-revenue vehicles as required.
Works in a team environment to complete necessary cleaning in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications/ Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum two (2) years of stable work experience. Experience in building maintenance services preferred.
Valid Texas Drivers License required. Must obtain and maintain yard safety certification. Good (verbal and written) communication skills are essential. Able to complete/fill-out written reports, records and forms.
A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check is required prior to the placement of any individual in a position that requires the operation of a METRO revenue or non-revenue vehicle on behalf of METRO:

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To process various Loan Servicing activities to keep current and accurate on all lending transactions and all DMV paperwork on consumer vehicle loans, ensuring perfection of title and release of title on paid off all loans.

File and process Insurance claims.
Process Collateral Protection Insurance.

WORK SCHEDULE: Workweek will be 40 hours to include some overtime as needed. Occasional attendance at meetings before or after scheduled hours may be required. The Loan Servicer handles administration of all aspects of a loan after closing, including consumer, mortgage and business loans. Understands and adheres to diverse servicing requirements of multiple investors. Anticipate member's loan servicing needs and effectively guide them through appropriate course of actions while maintaining compliance regulations. Create extraordinary experiences for members and investors whom loans are are serviced by the Credit Union. Develop strong working relationships amongst other departments, staff, and vendors, as necessary.
