Make recommendations to Management for the hiring, discipline, promotion, transfer and termination of staff members in the teller positions.
Perform annual performance reviews along with an effective management plan including goals for staff
Assist tellers with pursuing teller certification levels

The Rehabilitation Counselor-in-Charge (CIC) will be located in the Sylva Unit Office. This CIC will be responsible for daily supervision and leadership to the Murphy Office staff which includes two rehabilitation counselors, a vocational evaluator, a rehab casework technician and a processing assistant IV. In addition to supervisory responsibilities, this CIC will be responsible for casework approvals and quality service delivery to those in the service area. This position is will work in organizing and directing the delivery of vocational rehabilitation services in Clay, Cherokee, and Graham counties. In addition to direct supervision, this CIC serves a general caseload of individuals with disabilities from Cherokee and Clay Counties. Selected applicant is accountable for the design and implementation of a comprehensive plan of vocational rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities.
Job responsibilities include the following:
Planning, implementing, and evaluating the technical and administrative components of a diverse rehabilitation program
Administrative management tasks include personnel administration, staff development/training, and consultation/technical assistance provided to subordinate staff
Supervisory assistance will be provided to Sylva Unit staff when the Unit Manager is unavailable

Salary Grade: GN12 Salary Range: $46,203 - $78,218
The primary purpose of Location & Surveys is to serve as support services in providing engineering analysis, mapping and other data for the design of transportation facilities and the acquisition of property for the construction of transportation facilities.
This is the highest level of technical support in the Unit, performing a wide variety of the most complex and advanced assignments including analyzing, evaluating, computing, editing, and processing higher level engineering and other survey information. This includes but is not limited to establishing (includes planning, processing, and adjustment) or reviewing establishment of project control networks utilizing GPS and/or conventional survey methods. Work involves an extremely wide range of independent decision-making and use of judgment, and would normally include some supervision and providing work direction to others. Employee will check and review technical aspects of survey data and mapping from both in-house and contracted services, to ensure that proper procedures are followed and appropriate accuracies are obtained according to NCDOT, Location & Survey, and generally accepted surveying standards. Other duties will involve supervision and review of litigation surveys and serving as expert witnesses in litigation cases. Work is performed under very limited technical and fairly limited administrative supervision, and may include other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The Merchandiser's primary function is to support the display and stocking of Nestlé products at various customer sites in accordance to plan-o-gram specifications through executing world class service. This includes demonstrating sound safety practices while merchandising product, replenishing store freezers from back-room inventory, improving shelf positioning, increasing product display space, ensuring retail price tags are properly displayed, maintaining all Point-of-Sales materials, utilizing current flavor schematics for all products, establishing rapport/credibility with store personnel, and fostering strong communication with co-workers. The position requires driving to grocery store customers in a personal vehicle, for which mileage reimbursement will be provided per company policy.
Merchandise frozen ice cream and pizza products to drive sales in various grocery accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with appropriate customers in all accounts, communicate with customers during service calls and respond to customer requests.
Follow operational standard procedures that outline route schedules (Deliver, Merchandise and Order, also known as "DMO"), merchandising principles, filling frozen shelves with product, rotating product regularly, and front facing product.
Maintain company-owned equipment and properly handle paperwork.
Ensure stores set to correct flavor and tag schematics, promotional displays are properly executing, and store back stock is maintained and organized.
Identify and communicate all selling opportunities and potential issues to sales representative, respond to co-worker communications, informs co-workers of all relevant activities at accounts, communicate completion of assigned daily tasks.
Communicate directly with co-workers on issues, openly share ideas with others, encourage performance in others, give feedback when needed, and train new employees when applicable.
Conduct activities in a safe manner, follow corporate safety guidelines and requirements (no cell phones while driving, proper bending, etc.), use personal protective equipment, and proactively address any unsafe conditions observed.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This position will assist in managing a Sherwin-Williams paint store, servicing wholesale and retail customers. The position is responsible for supporting all aspects of store operations, including customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory and store safety. This role will supervise and train store staff, and is responsible for contacting customers to generate sales leads.
