The operator Casing In runs high speed equipment and is able to maintain top quality and setup the machine in accordance to SOPs. Learn and understand all aspects of the line (book block feeder, boxing, paperwork and required computer skills). Load covers while operating machine. Be able to do quality checks while running equipment. Using basic mechanical skills, performs set up, maintenance and production operations on the Diamant Casing In machine or the Kolbus. Achieves productivity and quality goals. Ensures that the correct work is being produced according to pre-set production requirements in order to meet shipping deadlines. Inspects finished products for adherence to standards. Performs administrative tasks such as reading, understanding and complying with job tickets, production tracking, and ordering materials. Informs Supervisor of quality defects in production. Performs basic mechanical preventive and emergent maintenance and coordinates complex maintenance with Maintenance and Bindery Supervisor. This job requires the ability to multi-task and coordinate work with helpers and boxers/stackers on the line. Keeps area clean and hazard free, and complies with all aspects of plant¿s Safety program.
High School degree or GED required.
Must have at least 3 years of relevant production experience in finishing and/or light industrial maintenance.
Ability to train others to achieve quality and productivity standards.
Good communication skills - written and verbal.
Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
Willing to work flexible hours, including shift work, and overtime with short notice.
Works well under the pressure of deadlines.
Must have flexibility to learn and use new technology.
Works well in a team environment.
Ability to stand through 8 or 12 hour shifts.
Must be flexible to work off shifts when required.
Must have basic computer and mechanical skills.
Must have excellent attendance record.
Must be able to lift 60 lbs.

General Maintenance Cleaner
The Maintenance department manages various procedures involving ongoing cleaning, construction, electrical wiring, repair/inspection of building machinery, and implementation of security measures within the corporate, store, and warehouse locations.
Under supervision, the General Maintenance Cleaner performs general cleaning and maintenance duties within the B&H facilities. These duties entail the cleaning of coffee machines, lunchrooms and restrooms twice a day, vacuuming floors, washing windows, dusting of retail store showcases, and other items. Additionally, the Cleaner handles the shredding of confidential or other documents and disposes of them.

Cleaner - Vacation Replacement - Brooklyn
Most/all of the following cleaning service tasks are to be completed daily depending on your role.
Responsibilities and Skills:
Inspect all public lavatories per shift for cleanliness and maintenance of an adequate supply of toiletries for replenishment of soap, hand towels, toilet paper, sanitary products, toilet seat covers. Clean mirrors, wipe down sinks and toilets, and remove dirt, stains, trash. Floors around toilet fixtures and under urinals should be mopped a minimum of once per day. On scheduled session days, floors around toilets and under urinals must be mopped per scheduled shift using disinfectant cleaner.
Public areas are to be continuously policed and picked up throughout the day for removal of all litter, damp mopping spillages, emptying of trash receptacles, and removal of spots and/or graffiti from wall and column surfaces.
Building entrances are to be policed for removal of all litter, debris and trash, including cigarette butts during the course of the work day. Entrances should appear neat and orderly at all times.
Pick up trash as required/requested.
Perform all assigned cleaning tasks assigned via the work order system.
Clean interior and exterior surfaces of lobby windows, windowsills and doors.
Spot cleaning of public display cases and display items such as statues and plaques, and brass rails and vestibule areas.
Check elevator cabs, vacuum out elevator cabs, clean off cab doors, outside call and interior cab buttons and interior walls, and remove and/or clean up any debris or soil such as cigarette butts, chewing gum, coffee spills, graffiti, etc.
Install and remove elevator protection pads on an as-needed basis.
Police the assigned exterior perimeter of the buildings to remove cigarette butts, papers, litter and other debris. Sweep standing water and ensure that the area is in a neat and orderly condition. Additional clean up required beyond normal policing may be required from time to time.
Removal of trash from trash cans/receptacles on the exterior property and replacement of trash can liners. Clean trash cans and receptacles monthly.
Clean vertical and horizontal surfaces of building porticos.
Place and remove carpet runners in lobby areas as required by weather conditions. Perform minor snow removal maintenance services as directed, including minor shoveling, sanding, salt spreading and sweeping of walkways and footpaths.
Complete assigned work orders, including, but not limited to: moving of office-related furniture, equipment and supplies on an as-needed basis; requests for delivery of extra bottles of water for water coolers during the day; and cleaning the interiors of small office refrigerators and defrost periodically. Work orders will also include tasks related to function set-ups and take downs.
Position may consist of continual lifting and moving equipment and furniture
Must be able to lift a least 50 pounds for daily manual labor

The Facilities Cleaner is responsible for cleaning Keurig Dr Pepper's common areas to ensure a safe and orderly environment for employees.
