ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares materials, tools, and equipment before concrete pouring can begin.Oils assembled form and readies form to accept concrete. Pours concrete from mixer into bottom of form.Spreads, vibrates, and jitterbugs concrete to achieve the specified depth and thickness, while setting appropriate reinforcing mesh or rebar into concrete.
Operates forklift and installs appropriately sized polystyrene foam into assembled form.Installs appropriately sized tubes and other necessary materials. Pours concrete into sides of form to specified thickness.Installs clamps and braces.Operates vibrator from on top of foam to settle concrete and remove trapped air. Places wire mesh on top of foam and ties mesh to rods.Completes pouring processes and rods on top of float.

The Process Engineer (PE) will work on projects requiring advanced technological analysis providing input on process design for manufacturability and assembly, Process Flow Chart creation, SOP development and Work Instruction development from New Product inception through launch and full production. Introduce all measures necessary to maintain best possible standards and process-reliable conditions in a highly automated, High-pressure Die Casting process. Responsible for supporting die designs, set-up samples and trial evaluations, including replacement dies or new model dies.
Participate in the development and implementation of improvement plans that target cycle time reductions and minimalize scrape. Experience with Die Cast tooling. Ability to manage die design and manufacture of Die Cast dies and all of its components.
Conducts activities to assure quick delivery, on-time launch/prototype parts of continually improving quality. Interface with design personnel at development stage to suggest designs that will improve efficiency and reduce cost. Communicate with quality assurance in developing dimensional, ES testing specifications to point out potential high scrap items and deal with them before design in complete.

The Casting & Production Associate will be responsible for coordinating all production and casting for Editorial and E-Commerce photoshoots. This role is accountable for coordinating and executing all aspects of model casting and booking, ensuring shoots are produced on time and on budget. Works closely with metallurgist and tooling engineering to provide technical problem solving for the foundry.
