To catch and load chickens in a timely, efficient and safely manner.

Envelope Catcher (2Nd Shift)
Taylor Communications is seeking an Envelope Catcher to work in our Coldwater, Ohio location. The position is responsible for handling manufactured envelopes produced by a high speed envelope machine. This position catches, inspects, boxes, and packs envelopes for shipment to customers.
- Monday – Thursday (Overtime as required on Fridays)

Catches, counts number of units produced, inspects for quality, boxes, and packs envelopes produced by a high speed envelope machine.
Loads or unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, etc. by hand or by use of hand truck or other manual moving device.
Makes boxes in preparation for envelope orders to be boxed, packed, and shipped.
Wraps product in plastic, using shrink wrapping machine, packs products in boxes, and tapes lids of boxes shut appropriately for proper shipping.
Removes, stacks, packs, and transports printed materials in various stages of completion on pallets as it accumulates on delivery tables of specific equipment.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, interpret, and decipher general written instructions from documents such as work orders, safety regulations, operating procedures, or other job specific written documents.
Ability to speak and communicate effectively with fellow employees.

Deckhand - Unlicensed
Under direction of Captain, Mate and/or deck boss, participates in all the activities of the vessel deck and/or fishing crew. Can include the setting and hauling back of nets and pots, loading and unloading cargo, tying up and untying to other vessels or docks and other deck related work as needed.
Assists with pre-season and day to day deck operations of the vessel. Responsible for operating the deck in accordance with Trident policy.

- The person who occupies this position is responsible for assuming all duties performed by feeder (feed flat cartons into glue machine) and catcher (remove product from press and pack into cases). This person rotates between these positions throughout working shift.

Responsibility to feed only quality cartons. Feeder is to fan through stacks of cartons being fed and check that they have proper color, register and are void of unnecessary markings.
Feeder is to observe for machine malfunctions and stop glue machine when problems arise. Feeder uses mirror to detect malfunctions. Feeder is also to be aware of signals from operator or catcher to stop and start machine.
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of area (remove stray cartons, sweep up, etc...). Performed during make ready.
Removes the finished folded cartons from the press and packs them into cases.
Responsibility that appropriate carton is being packed: Done by checking item and job number on carton with job label being used.
Responsibility that only quality products are packed. Catcher is to check that cartons have proper color, register and are void of unnecessary markings.
Responsibility that proper count of cartons are packed into case. Catcher is to hand count the first case of each different product being packed.
Packed cartons are to be pushed on rollers through taping machine to the padlocker.
Responsible for maintenance of area. Performed during make ready.
The person in this position performs the duties of feeder for half of the working shift and duties of catcher throughout the rest.

Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY: The function of this position is to be competent at performing all functions of the production line, except mounting .Ensures quality of product and strictly adheres to all safety regulations wearing the appropriate PPE. Assemble valve stem components by hand.
Operate Nut Runner to install valve stems (if applicable).
Inspect machine using daily checklist.
Use of air-operated O/H crane to lift wheels onto conveyer.
Maintain correct wheels in line-set order.
Ensure wheels are fed to mounter in such a manner that minimizes down time.
Inspect machine using daily checklist.
Roll tire from line-set position to branding/match-mark station at end of conveyor.
Lay tire on conveyor, locate brand area and brand appropriate tires.
Record DOT number (if applicable).
By rolling or using hoist, put tire onto conveyer.
Measure tire pressure to 110 + 5 PSI.
Measure concentricity to customer standards.
May handle shortages.
Remove assembly from conveyor after tilt table reaches vertical position via automatic switch or by operating correct foot pedal to activate pneumatic assist.
Depending on operation, use hoist or roll assembly to appropriate station, conveyer, balancer or rack.
Monitor sequence of assembly using build sheet
Balancer (if applicable)
Set controls on Balancer to appropriate size and style of wheel (Aluminum or Steel).
Remove first tire/wheel assembly from front of conveyor (same as catcher) and roll to balancer station.
Check air pressure in tire, adjust if necessary.
Secure assembly to balancer and proceed with balancing process.
Locate balanced position and apply wheel weights securely with mallet.
Remove assembly from balancer and roll into appropriate rack.
Label the correct line sequence number on assembly
Mobile Equipment Operator
Must be certified.
Safely transport tires, wheels and assemblies through out warehouse.
Safely load and unload trucks, including racks of assemblies on flatbed trailer.
When loading and unloading trucks, make sure truck jack is in place and wheels are choked and dock lock is secured.
Using build schedule verify tires, wheels and assemblies are in appropriate sequence.
Distribute loads to appropriate location in warehouse; on assembly line or in truck.
Monitor and change out propane tank.
