The Catering Packer is responsible for packing all equipment (except perishables) listed on packing list into the truck for specific events. The truck must be packed high and tight in a safe manner to ensure that all equipment fits and will not break on the ride to the party. Every piece of equipment must be accounted for to ensure the success of the event. Job Duties:
Stage all items on the packing list from kitchen equipment to glassware and silverware
Organize equipment and packing everything on list into the truck organized and tight so there is no room for error or breakage
