Serve counter customers and provide overflow support to phone customers in a retail environment. Perform shipping/receiving functions and fabricate assemblies.
Provide exemplary customer service and sales to counter customers by prompt, knowledgeable, accurate and courteous responses to customer requests, and provide support to phone customers when needed.
Fabricate tube and hose assemblies to customer specifications while meeting Parker and Cross Company standards.
Perform all inventory control related functions including shipping, receiving, cycle counting, and reconciliation.

SUMMARY Drives truck for transporting dry cement. Picks up dry cement at a vendor location, offloads at ready-mix plants. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The criteria for evaluation in this position include but are not limited to the following:
Drive truck to destination in a safe and efficient manner.
Maintain telephone or radio contact with supervisor, within the limits of safety (no telephone use while driving).
Load and unload dry cement according to procedures.
Maintain truck log according to state and federal regulations.
Responsible for daily pre-trip inspection of truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil and water.
Must oil, grease, service and make normal operating adjustments to equipment.
May perform other related duties, such as lifting and moving of transported materials.
