Come join the USI Cardalls team as we are currently seeking experienced Spray Foam Applicators for this branch location in Springville, UT.
This position is primarily responsible for the safe and quality spray foam application in residential and commercial buildings, working both inside and outside in crawl spaces, attics and basements to insulate these areas.
• Load and unload insulation materials
• Complete prep work for installation, may include foaming penetrations, caulking gaps, installing baffles, etc.
• Cut sections of Batt insulation to the proper fit, install in walls, ceilings and floors, as required
• Install mesh fabric (or netting)
• Load blower machine with fiberglass, cellulose, or rock wool insulation; regulate flow of materials. Blow to appropriate depth/density
• Install vapor and air barriers as needed
• Use common hand tools such as knives, scissors, saws, and staple guns
• Properly maintain equipment and tools
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures
• Ensure clean job site
• Other duties as assigned
• Full-Time Position! (40 hrs./week)
• Must be able to work overtime as required
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• Valid driver's license required

Job requires you to be able to work outdoors in the Texas weather and lift 70lbs. You must have a current TDA Commercial Applicator License / Lawn and ornamental in good standing. Need to have a clean driving record and a valid Texas driver's license. At least 2-4 years of experience preferred.
Non-Exempt position with overtime pay. Paid vacation after 1 year of continuous employment. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance available. While employed, all TDA required CEU classes and license renewal fees will be paid by the company.
