The Company's E&P division provides oilfield waste services to its customer base and operates three types of waste management and disposal facilities: treatment, recovery and disposal facilities; engineered landfills; and salt water disposal injection wells. The Solids Control Technician (E&P) oversees the mechanical and electrical processes used to provide enhanced drilling properties and recycle drilling mud through closed loop systems.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Operates, monitors and maintains solids control equipment for onshore drilling rigs, dewatering sites, shop areas and other oil and gas related sites.
Assists in the severing, trouble-shooting and installation of equipment as required.
Participates in the rigging up and down of location equipment.
Working on centrifuges, shakers, dryers and augers.
Runs continuous tests on the solid discharge and effluent discharge on units to ensure that the centrifuges are set for optimum performance and the gravity percentage of the mud is within the bore tolerance.
Attends pre-job safety meetings on location.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

The Quark Separator Operator is responsible for pasteurizing the milk using high temperature, then cooling the milk and feeding it into the coagulation tanks to separate the whey, and adding a culture to acidify the milk.
The responsibilities of this position include:
Perform visual quality checks.
Record information and ensure all documentation reports are completed accurately.
Check paperwork on PH's, solids on samples and ensure samples are available.
In half-hour intervals, check site glass on separator for steady green color and make sure lids are cool, if lids are not cool turn on.
Check screens and temperatures to ensure all valves are working PH water solids and record if they drop below or above 15.80.
Check tanks every 15 minutes to make sure no water mixes with Yogurt.
Clean and sanitize all equipment to meet and follow Regulatory Requirements.
Effectively communicate with Filler and Yogurt Separator.
Operators and make sure other operators are aware of current procedures.
Re-adjust gallons-by-minute on screen.
Rotate batches through to Y-tank.
Take samples out of hopper on separator every half-hour, on Y-tanks every hour.

CIP all separators, operating hand crane to tear down separator, then set valves.

I. Job Summary
The Centrifuge Operator II is primarily responsible for operating, directing and managing shift operations of Thermal Desorption Technology, Centrifuge Technology, and/or chemical treatment including Health Safety and Environmental, Production and leading and training operators. United States of America
Responsible for continuous boiler operations and operation of portable boilers on an as-required basis. Must be able to adjust a wide variety of boilers for maximum operational efficiency.
1.Monitor boiler feed water to ensure proper water conditions to prevent mineral deposits and corrosion in the boiler.
2.Perform preventive maintenance actions and perform boiler fueling operations.
3.Employ instrumentation and trouble-shooting skills to detect and resolve boiler operational problems.
4.Perform fuel transfer operations
5.Responsible for modifying steam distribution systems associated with each boiler, which includes high and low pressure steam lines, condensate returns, air lines, water, oil and gas lines/valves, strainers and boiler chemical feed systems.
