The Sustainment Supply Chain Lead is a key member of the Sustainment team reporting to the Vice President for Sustainment Engineering. The Sustainment Supply Chain Lead possesses significant experience and judgement to help in the development of a proactive and responsive support structure for the T-100 Family of Systems, which includes the entire fleet of T-100 Aircraft and their associated Ground Based Training Systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead a group of Supply Chain Professionals managing repair contracts and repair pipeline for an inventory of Line Replaceable Units for a fleet of up to 350 T-100 aircraft.
Manage the repair, refurbishment and recalibration of Support Equipment based at the five Main Operating Bases for the T-100 fleet.
Develop and Manage the Repair Contracts with the suppliers of the T-100 Family of Systems

Install, modify, troubleshoot, maintain, test, calibrate, adjust, overhaul, and repair a wide variety of medical and laboratory equipment (electronic, electrical, and mechanical).

Fleet Maintenance / Damage Manager – Supply Chain

We are currently searching for a talented Fleet Maintenance Manger to successfully manage our fleet damage and repairs.
This fast paced position contributes to the success of our company by effectively managing and directing the daily operation of the maintenance and damage function for our fleet to monitor and control related expenses. This position is responsible for managing the maintenance shop in a safe and professional manner, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulatory agencies and for hiring, training, developing, motivating and evaluating the performance of staff and providing ongoing feedback regarding performance and expectations. Monitor and control parts, outside repairs and maintenance expenses. Approve all maintenance expenditures and direct all recall safety claims and prepare timely repair estimates and salvage packages on all damaged vehicles and forward to claims. Manage vendor relationships to verify that vehicles are repaired in accordance with damage appraisals and ensure all repairs are properly documented per Company standards.
Responsibilities and essential job functions, but are not limited to:
Direct all mechanical and body damage repair in shop. Ensure all related repair orders are completed and processed in accordance with established guidelines. Control vehicle downtime and units out of service. Inspect vended vehicles to ensure specified repairs are completed and quality of work meets established standards. Compare damage repair costs against estimates to ensure quality of repair and utilization of parts purchased. Approve all maintenance expenditures and submit invoices for approval/payment.
Select outside vendors and submit for approval for purchase of parts and repair of vehicles. Maintain up-to-date files on vendor insurance policies.
Ensure warranty submissions meet or exceed business plan and all required paperwork is submitted.
Maintain a preventive maintenance program and coordinate fleet rotation when required.
Hire, train, develop, motivate and evaluate the performance of staff. Provide ongoing feedback regarding performance and expectations.
Perform other duties and special assignments as required.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree, technical school or military service is preferred.
A minimum of five years shop experience, to include supervisory responsibilities, and trade school and/or dealership and factory service training are required for this position along with mechanical repair knowledge and familiarity with warranty and vendors procedures is required.
Minimum of five years automotive maintenance is required.
Knowledge of the rental vehicle industry and prior supervisory experience is preferred.
Travel depending on district/territory visits to outlying locations and vendors is necessary.
The successful candidate must be willing to and/or possess the following:
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Ability to provide work direction to a team of technicians and staff
Strong time-management and multitasking skills and capable of determining priorities in a fast paced, changing environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and good decision making skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with both internal and external customers & vendors
Strong organization and administration skills and detail orientation to ensure day to day smooth operations and to keep detailed, accurate records
Must have a drive for achieving results and ability to convey a sense of urgency when needed
Proficient computer skills including Excel spreadsheet knowledge

Raytheon IIS is seeking successful candidate to perform a wide variety of tasks relating to the incoming and outgoing of materials, merchandise or equipment. Duties include receiving, shipping, and inventory/material control.
Performs manual and/or clerical duties that may utilize computers involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment. May operate vehicles to transport passengers, material or merchandise. May compile and compute freight rates and other charges for transportation services.
Traces shipments. May be responsible for government and company property tracking and control. Calculates and records storage and other applicable charges.
Replies to inquiries. Draws attention to important items and actual or potential problems and assists in developing solutions. Checks for work correctness.
Picking up items from receiving daily and verifying them against paperwork. Reporting discrepancies and security incidents to manager for resolution.
Bringing items to record in ARMS and LMP. Shelving all items. Updating shelf locations in ARMS.
Pulling and tagging scrap and excess inventory. Scanning shipping documents to DCMA and obtaining proof of delivery. Updating shipment information in ARMS and LMP.
Request shop traveler documents from MDO for items that need draining or filling in transmitter test area (TWTs and TPUs) and then moving the items to MDO for filling or draining. Fill daily requisitions (which includes over packing multiple items if required), deliveries to Ft.
Bliss, and generating shipping documents using DCMA's GFM system which includes SPEs and CBLs.
Submit FMS Shipping Instruction Requests (SIR) to DCMA. Maintaining the ESD static station. Delivering and picking up NSPA items from the German Air Force on Ft.
Bliss as required. Ship unserviceable items for repair using Shipping Smart.

Must be able to drive a variety of forklifts including a Flexi

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the role of the Supply Chain Analyst is to efficiently manage the flow of information and product through our Supply Chain to support our customers; while eliminating cost and maintaining/planning appropriate inventory levels.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain, analyze and monitor key customers demand and communicate needs through the internal and external supply chain to ensure consistent and timely delivery of product
Manage customer SKU offerings, changes and internal component changes. Includes inventory run-out and scrap analysis
Identify unfavorable trends in customer and internal inventory levels, customer service statistics and initiate actions to resolve root cause issues
Participate in the facilitation of forecast development per departmental standards, gathering market intelligence, trouble shooting, and performing regular maintenance and measurements with the overall goal of improving forecast accuracy
Analyze potential impact of forecast and production schedule changes on component procurement and production volume
Support new product launches through system setup, initial stock planning, and ensuring appropriate material flow and operational efficiency
Analyze system planning parameters and make appropriate adjustments to meet company's customer care objectives
Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data
Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
Monitor internal "key" performance metrics
Develop and implement supply chain continuous improvement initiatives and customer projects
Able to travel up to 10%+
Performs other related duties as needed and assigned
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, business, or related field; and 8-10 years supply chain, logistics or materials planning experience
Ability to effectively train and mentor
Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting
Prior experience in the manufacturing industry
Prior MRP experience (Manugistics)
Prior ASI & JDE experience
Exposure to Lean Manufacturing processes and C/I tools
