POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/MAJOR DUTIES
Ensures that product received from plant or other plants is recorded correctly.
Load and unloads to appropriate distribution area to ensure that shipping schedules are met.
Maintains cleanliness of work area. Work area includes bathrooms and ancillary offices.
Pull and pack orders accurately according to shipping manifest to include full trays and individual packaged items.
Remove stales and load empty trays into trailer for return to plant.
Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures

Job Description: The KYC Checker position is responsible for reviewing all OneSource KYC Profile submissions to ensure quality and consistency in the KYC activities as per IPB U.S. AML procedures. This position is not client facing.
Acting as an AML/KYC subject matter expert to the Relationship Managers (RMs)/ KYC Makers and Financial Professionals (FPs).
Verifying and validating KYC Profiles completed by the RMs/KYC Makers/FPs prior to approval of the KYC Profile.
Coaching and assisting the RMs/KYC Makers and FPs as needed.
Assisting in coordination of required approvals for all aspects of KYC Profiles.
Reviewing all OneSource KYC Profile submissions from the RMs/KYC Makers and FPs to ensure quality and consistency with the IPB U.S. AML Procedures.
Working with KYC REM and/or GSO teams to ensure the timely closing of any higher-risk client reviews.
Communicate to RM/ KYC Maker/ FPs any deficiencies or observations detected during completion of the KYC activity as per IPB U.S. AML procedures.
Verify any validation errors and supporting documentation surrounding completion of KYC activities including but not limited to: TTM (Transaction Trend Monitoring) Breaks, Anticipated Activity Monitoring (AAMs), EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence), CSS (Client Screening Solutions), Citi Country Officer No Objections, and addressing any other validation issues.
Ensure timely review of items assigned by queue manager/delegate as per service levels and highest quality level in KYC activities reviewed as per IPB U.S. AML standards.
Provide constructive guidance to RMs/KYC Makers and FPs to successfully apply the IPB U.S. AML Procedures during completion of KYC activities, maintaining a high level internal client service experience.
Escalating any potential, or material, AML or Sanctions risks discovered during the review of KYC Profiles to the RM/FP, BUCO, Direct Manager, ACRM and/or FIU.
Manage interaction with RMs/FP, KYC Makers, and other staff members, as needed, in support of AML/KYC activities
Escalate any issues or identified discrepancies encountered throughout analysis and review of KYC activities.
Complete all required trainings pertaining to the function on a timely manner.
Accomplish assigned tasks (including time sensitive tasks) within defined targets and adapt to changing priorities.
The KYC Checker must also provide details around the root cause of any errors and participate in any corrective actions that requires their engagement.
Minimum 5 years of Business experience in the Consumer and Commercial Banking industry and experience within a medium/large financial organization, including knowledge of banking products and different types of transactions.
Proven success in a client-focused environment.
Relevant work experience and understanding of global and local AML KYC regulations, associated risks of non-compliance and changing dynamics, and knowledge of KYC processes throughout the client lifecycle.
Understanding of the interdependencies of roles within KYC process and requirements for KYC Record successful completion across relevant client types.
Experience with regulatory compliance, AML transaction/risk monitoring tools, and solving AML related issues.

A ticket checker ensures that every skier or snowboarder has a valid day ticket or season pass before boarding a lift. On busy days, ticket checkers are also responsible for grouping people together to keep lift lines moving efficiently.
Check to ensure every skier or snowboarder has a valid day ticket or season pass each time before boarding the lift. Answer guest questions by being familiar with Killington's layout, products, services and current conditions or by asking someone who can answer the guest's question. Identify fraudulent or counterfeit ticket use.
Communicate safety procedures and rules for riding the lifts to the guests as necessary. Handle upset guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Organize passengers into groups to fill chairs or gondolas and move lift lines efficiently.
Maintain lift maze area, including shoveling and raking as necessary. Customer Service Expectations: This position involves extensive direct customer contact in checking tickets, answering customer questions and general customer interaction.
Every skiing/snowboarding guest comes into contact with a ticket checker, so employee is expected to be particularly outgoing and friendly, to provide the most pleasant guest experience possible.
